Sorcerer
Base Class: Sorcerer

Those who should not be can manifest powers from the paradox of their own existence

Paradoxical Spells

1st-level Paradoxical Existence feature

You learn additional spells when you reach certain levels in this class, as shown on the Paradoxical Spells table. Each of these spells counts as a sorcerer spell for you, but it doesn’t count against the number of sorcerer spells you know.

Whenever you gain a sorcerer level, you can replace one spell you gained from this feature with another spell of the same level. The new spell must be a divination or an enchantment spell from the sorcerer, warlock, or wizard spell list.

Paradox Creation

1st-level Paradoxical Existence feature

As an action, you can create a Paradox at a point you can see within 30 feet of you.

The Paradox is a representation of your character and allows you to occupy to spaces at the same time.  You and the Paradox share the same initiative as well as the same pool of Hit Points; you can divide the HP up however you desire.  If you die while the Paradox exists the Paradox becomes you. While casting spells, both you and the Paradox are valid origin points for the casting.

Any effects applied to you before the Paradox is created are also applied to the Paradox upon its creation

The Paradox exists for 1 minute unless it dies or becomes you.  You cannot create another Paradox until after you finish a Long Rest unless you expend a sorcery point to do so.

Simulcasting

6th-level Paradoxical Existence feature

When you cast a spell of 2nd Level or higher while your Paradox exists, you can apply the Twinned Spell Metamagic at half the cost even if you did not choose the Twinned Spell Metamagic.  If you did, you may select a different Metamagic to replace it.

Paradox Resolution

6th-level Paradoxical Existence feature

When you are targeted by an attack or subjected to a saving throw, you may use your reaction to destroy your Paradox and give all attacks against you disadvantage, and give yourself advantage on all saving throws, until the start of your next turn.

Paradoxical Nature

14th-level Paradoxical Existence feature

When you use your action to create a Paradox, you can expend sorcery points to create additional Paradoxes.  You can have a number of Paradoxes equal to your proficiency bonus active at a time.

True Paradox

18th-level Aberrant Mind feature

Any effects applied to either you or one of your Paradoxes apply to all of the others as well
