Base Class: Warlock
This class is designed for multi-classing with a L3 sorcerer of Brass Dragon Lineage.
You have made a pact with an ancient Brass Dragon to act as an arbiter for good in the world. He has noticed great potential in you and has offered you boons and training to ensure that this potential capitalised upon.
Preferring diplomacy over combat, he will train you in the art of conversation and charm and grant you access to spells and abilities that will aid your diplomatic capabilities
However no good in the world is achieved without those willing to fight for it and your patron will also imbue you with abilities distilled from those of his own to defend yourself and your companions. Though some creative thinking can also turn good defence into terrifying offence.
Dragon's Charm
From Level 1, The brass dragon is a master of conversation and charm. His first lessons to you are on how to utilise these subtle, beguiling elements of your Draconic lineage.
You gain a permanent 1d6 bonus to intimidation and persuation checks.
After level 4 You can use the charm and beguiling conversational skills of the brass dragon to charm a person once per short rest
After level 8 you may also detect the thoughts of your target once per long rest.
At Level 10 You may dominate a humaniod once per short rest.
Dragon's Fortitude.
Your patron has granted you resistance to his natural element: Fire
He has also taught you how to use your draconic blood to aid your recovery form serious injury:
Once per long rest. On being knocked unconscious you will gain you CHA modifier in HP if you succeed your CON saving throw. As you gain more power, the amount of health gained increases.

Level 3: 1d4 +CHA Modifier
Level 6: 2d4 +CHA modifier

Draconic Sheild
At Level 6 :
CON check of DC 10
You drop to your knees as wings of solid brass coloured energy envelop you for one round, Granting resistance from physical damage (ranged, piercing, bludgeoning, slashing) and granting immunity to fire for one round of combat
You are immobilised whilst this is in effect.
Once per short rest.
Warding Wind
At Level 6, you understanding of how to harness your draconic lineage has increased.
You may Summon 5 ft Draconic wings of brass coloured energy that beat from behind you creating a strong gust of swirling winds.
Each creature within 60 feet must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be pushed 15 feet away and knocked prone.
Those behind solid, immovable cover are immune.
Those who hit solid objects, such as walls, columns, large rocks etc take 1d10 of bludgeoning damage
Dragon's Awesome Presence
Once per short rest:
At level 10, you can channel the awesome presence of your patron. The incorporeal image of dragon's head made of brilliant flame bursts forth from your arcane focus
Each creature within 100 feet and has visual range of you must succeed on a DC 15 CHA saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute.
A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it.
At Level 14, Creatures are also dealt 2d6 fire damage
Dragon's, Fiends and Celestials are immune to this ability.
One With the Dragon
At level 14 you have earned all of the lessons your patron has and are now considered an ally, rather than a pupil.
The draconic wings of your shield can now be projected to protect you and your party from falling damage (cast feather fall)
You may now also use a bonus action to permanently manifest your wings to fly.
Your patron grants you a gift from his hoard equal to 10d20 in Gold. (to a max 1000 GP)

Posted Sep 21, 2021I mean, not necessarily. The undying is a lich and they're from the material plane. Also it's homebrew, it doesn't have to follow something that's let alone not even a rule but an offhanded statement.
