Base Class: Warlock
You’ve forged a pact with a tempestuous being, born of howling wind, thundering storms and crackling lightning. Such creatures, like the elements they control, are often chaotic - hard to control and immensely destructive. As such, those who form pacts with such beings must be ready to take control of their power - for a storm left unchecked can level a city. Examples of beings that could fit this role are Shanarth - the Relentless Hurricane, any ancient elemental from the Elemental Plane of Air, or a particularly powerful djinni.

Bonus Cantrip
Beginning at 1st level, you learn the Gust cantrip. This cantrip counts as a warlock cantrip for you, and does not count against your total number of cantrips learned.
Eye of the Storm
Also at 1st level, you can stir up howling winds to aid you in combat. As a bonus action, you can cause turbulent winds to swirl around you in a 10 foot radius for up to 10 minutes, or until you’re killed. For the duration, you gain the following features:
- Whenever you hit a creature within your Eye of the Storm radius with a weapon or spell attack, you can either push it 10 feet away from you, or pull it 10 feet closer.
- Whenever you cast a spell that deals lightning or thunder damage, you gain a bonus to the spell’s damage roll equal to your Charisma modifier.
You can use this feature once per short rest.
The radius of your storm and the range at which you can push or pull creatures increases by 10 feet at 10th level.
Swift Winds
At 6th level, you’ve learnt how to hasten your step using the wind. Your walking speed increases by 10 feet. In addition, you add your proficiency bonus to your initiative rolls.
Your walking speed increases by another 5 feet at 10th and 14th level.
Tempestuous Rebuke
At 10th level, you can channel the thunderous ferocity of your patron. Whenever you take damage from a creature within your Eye of the Storm radius, you can use your reaction to make the creature take thunder or lightning damage (your choice) equal to half your warlock level rounded up.
Storm Rider
At 14th level, you can ride the winds and tame the howling storms, just like your patron. You have resistance against lightning and thunder damage. In addition, you have a flying speed equal to your walking speed while your Eye of the Storm feature is active.
