Bard
Base Class: Bard

Not all Bards are students of a College. Some choose to throw authority and tradition to the wind, and instead focus on the usurping on those who claim power. These are Rebellion Bards: those who favor chaos over order, who wish to topple the system, while still retaining an edge in battle. While the ideas they preach are of spontaneity and freedom, they are not reckless, mindless agents of destruction. They are experts at playing the long game, and will even go so far as to employ themselves in a noble's court as a means of taking them down.

Rebellion Bards have the unique ability to inspire their allies without sound, so as to keep the revolutionary ideas they spread out of earshot of those they revolt against. They are always able to drag down their enemies in battle, and even if only by a little, every bit helps. In moment of dire need, these bards can even inspire large groups of people, and bolster their resilience, at the cost of their own exhaustion, and still push to fight another day.

Bonus Proficiencies

When you adopt this Bardic path at 3rd level, you gain proficiency in Charisma(Intimidation) checks, martial melee weapons, and medium armor.

Silent Inspiration

When you choose the Bardic path of Rebellion at 3rd level,  you gain an additional way to use your Bardic Inspiration. When you inspire an ally, you can choose to do so without verbal components. If you do so, the dice added by the inspiration is one less than your current dice for your regular Inspiration; for example, if you would normally add a d8, you would instead add a d6.

At 18th level, you use a d12 for both Verbal and Silent Inspiration.

Discordant

At 3rd level when adopt this Bardic path, you always have the Bane spell prepared, it doesn't count against the number of spells you can have prepared.

Enhanced Attacking

Starting at 6th level, you can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn. Additionally, you treat all your weapon attacks as magical for the purpose of overcoming resistance and immunity to nonmagical attacks and damage.

Cry of Rebellion

As a Bonus Action, you can give a number of allies equal to twice your proficiency bonus (rounded up) within 60ft a Bardic Inspiration die, but only expend 1 usage of Bardic Inspiration. Each ally affected also gains 2d6 temporary hitpoints. Once used, you gain 1 point of exhaustion. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, rounded down. All uses reset after a long rest.

At 17th level, the temporary hitpoints granted increases 3d6. At 20th level, they increase to 4d6.
