Base Class: Barbarian
Blood Screamers are ferocious warriors that have learned to use their voice to inspire their allies and terrify their enemies. Often dressing themselves in the skins of their enemies and painting their bodies to amplify the effect.
Primal Scream
At 3rd level, you can scream as a bonus action, choose one option for the type of scream you make, you choose a second scream option at 6th and 10th level:
Alerting Scream
Choose one creature within 30 ft of you that you can see. Your scream alerts the creature to danger. It gains a bonus to one saving throw of your choice equal to your rage damage modifier, as shown in the Rage Damage column of the Barbarian table.
Charging Scream
When you make this scream creatures of your choice within 30 ft of you have their movement speed is increased 10ft until the start of your next turn and you maintain your rage until the start of your next turn as long you move towards an enemy creature.
Goading Scream
When you scream, choose a creature within 30 ft of you that you can see. That creature has disadvantage on attacks that target creatures other than you until the start of your next turn.
Inspiring Scream
You target one willing creature within 30ft of you that you can see. That creature has advantage on its next attack.
Resilient Scream
One creature within 30 ft of you that you can see gains resistance to one type of damage of your choice, until the start of your next turn.
Terrifying Scream
When you scream, choose a creature within 10 ft of you that you can see. That creature must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC = 8+proficiency bonus+Strength modifier) or become frightened of you until the end of your next turn.
Intimidating Voice
At 6th level, you have advantage on Charisma (Intimidation) checks, and you can project your voice twice as loud and twice as far as normal.
Improved Screaming
At 10th level, choose one improvement to your primal scream feature:
Intense Screams
You may choose two targets of your primal screams instead of one.
Louder Screams
Double the range of you primal screams.
Preternatural Screams
Creatures are affected by your screams as long as they can either see or hear you. In addition, you can target any creature within range even if you cannot see it.
Scream of Vengence
At 14th level, when hit by an attack, you can use your reaction to scream at your attacker. Add your rage damage, as shown in the Rage Damage column of the Barbarian table, to all weapon/unarmed attacks that hit the target until the start of your turn.
