Path of Battle

Barbarians on the path of battle are at home on the battlefield. Seeking out conflict from one to the next they become veterans channeling their rage into primal maneuvers.

Primal Maneuvers 1

level 3

while raging you can gain rage points (max 3)

-when you activate reckless attack (once per turn)
-at the start of your turn if you have taken damage since your last turn

spend rage points on primal maneuvers as a bonus action

1 point: whirlwind: make 2 attacks with a light weapon
2 point: shout: use a hit die to have allies within 15ft gain 1d12 temporary hit points
(number of die you can use increases at 6, 10, 14)
3 point: bash: this turn the next time you land a melee attack - target is knocked prone and has speed reduced to 0 until the end of its next turn

Primal Maneuvers 2

level 6

gain a rage point when you enter your rage.

gain ignore pain: 1 rage point, gain resistance to damage until your next turn.

gain leap: 1 rage point, jump 20 ft. You may grapple or shove a creature within 5ft of where you land.

Primal Maneuvers 3

level 10

gain an additional rage point when you reckless attack.

gain greater whirlwind: when performing the whirlwind primal maneuver spend x rage points and make x+1 attacks with a light weapon.

gain greater shout: when performing the shout primal maneuver enemies within the area also make a WIS save DC 10 + CON mod or are frightened of you until the end of their next turn.

Primal Maneuvers 4

level 14

gain greater bash: creatures effected by your bash primal maneuver are also stunned until the end of their next turn.

gain boulder toss: 3 rage points, when you take the attack action this turn instead pick up a nearby boulder or similar heavy object and toss it. Target creature (range 60ft) and creatures within 5ft make a DEX save DC 10 + STR mod or take d6 bludgeoning damage equal to your barbarian level. Creatures take half as much on a successful save. Creatures who fail the save are also knocked prone.
