Base Class: Paladin
Among the noble and religious warriors known as paladins, there are those who fail to uphold their sacred oaths. Some of these warriors stray far from the path, turning evil and becoming Blackguards or Oathbreakers. However, not all who falter become paragons of evil. Known as the Oathless, most of these paladins are lost warriors striving to renew their former oath and seek redemption, either in the face of divinity or before themselves. Others, however, are proud to wander without being bound by an oath; doing whatever they feel is right at a given moment, instead of being restricted by tenets.
Channel Divinity
When you take this oath at 3rd level, you gain the following two Channel Divinity options.
Coward's Escape. As an action, you can expend a use of your Channel Divinity feature and force a creature within 30 feet of you that you can see to make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the target cannot hear, see, smell or sense your presence in any way, and you are immune to divination spells they cast. This feature lasts for up to 1 minute, or until you either attack the creature or force it to make a saving throw.
Free Mind. When you or a creature of your choice within 30 feet of you is forced to roll a Wisdom, Intelligence or Charisma saving throw and fail, you can expend a use of your Channel Divinity feature to make the roll succeed instead.

Devious Counter
At 7th level, you’ve learnt how to quickly disable foes. When a creature misses you with a melee attack, you can use your reaction to force the creature to make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is knocked prone and its movement speed is reduced to 0 until the beginning of your next turn.
At 18th level, you no longer need to expend your reaction to use this feature.
Forceful Will
At 15th level, the sheer strength of your will now also manifests in the spells you cast. When you cast an enchantment spell of 1st level or higher that forces the target to make a saving throw, you can choose to give the target disadvantage on its saving throw.
You can use this feature a number of times per long rest equal to your Charisma modifier.
Avatar of Sovereignty
At 20th level, you can channel your own force of will to transform into an avatar of freedom and independence. As a bonus action, you can undergo a transformation for up to 1 minute or until you are incapacitated. For the duration, you gain the following benefits:
- Your form cannot be altered by any means unless you allow it.
- You are immune to the charmed, grappled, restrained, stunned, paralyzed and petrified conditions.
- Your movement speed cannot be lowered by any means.
You can use this feature once per long rest.
