Base Class: Monk
The Way of the Iris is a monastic tradition for those who devote their lives to the Iris, a mysterious deity.
Orb of Harmony
Starting at 3rd level, your connection to the Iris allows you to restore your allies. As an action, you can spend a ki point to bestow an Orb of Harmony on a friendly creature, other than yourself, that you can see within 60 feet of you. The Orb manifests as a golden sphere that floats above their head, connected by a thin tether. At the start of each of its turns, that creature regains 1d4 hit points. This healing increases as you gain monk levels, as shown in the Martial Arts column on the Monk table. (1d6 at 5th level, 1d8 at 11th level, 1d10 at 17th). As a bonus action on your turn, you can spend 1 ki point to transfer the Orb to another creature within range. If a creature affected is reduced to 0 hit points or ends its turn outside your line of sight, the effect ends.
Orb of Discord
At 6th level, you can manipulate the ki in someone's body to make them more susceptible to damage. As an action, you can spend 2 ki points to bestow an Orb of Discord onto an enemy within 60 feet of you that you can see. When that creature is hit with an attack specifically targetting it, they take additional radiant damage equal to twice your Wisdom modifier (minimum of 2). This damage increases as you gain levels, as shown in the Martial Arts section of the Monk Table. As a bonus action on your turn, you can spend 1 ki point to transfer the Orb onto another creature. If a creature affected is reduced to 0 hit points or ends its turn outside your line of sight, the effect ends.
Enlightened Step
You gain a flying speed equal to your walking speed and can hover.
Transcendence
As an action, you can spend 8 ki points to undergo a mystical transformation to bestow aid to your allies. This transformation lasts a number of turns equal to your Wisdom modifier. While transformed, you are incapacitated, your speed is increased by 5 feet, and you are suspended 5 feet in the air (you cannot move higher or lower). You shed bright light in a 30-foot radius around you. Each creature friendly to you that starts its turn in the light regains 2d10 hit points. During this transformation, you are invulnerable to all damage, and regain a number of hit points equal to 2 times your Monk level + your Wisdom modifier.
Once you use this feature, you cannot do so again until you finish a long rest.
