Rogue
Base Class: Rogue

Quick, lethal, and can win a fight before their enemy even knows they are there. It takes a special type of warrior to be a silent blade. Theirs is not a legacy of glory. They are an instrument of death, wielded to turn the tides of war. You may never see them. But you will feel the difference they make and the trail they leave behind.

Bleeding Strike

The Peacekeeper is able to utilize her agility and cold knowledge of anatomy to inflict horrific wounds on her enemies.  When you gain this subclass at third level, you gain a new way to use your Sneak Attack feature.  You may instead choose to deal your Sneak Attack damage over time (forming a pool of dice equal to the number indicated in the Rogue Table), dealing one die of damage on the turn in which the attack is made and then one of the remaining die at the beginning of the targets turn in each subsequent round equal to the number of die left from the Sneak Attack.  In addition, when an opponent is suffering the effects of a Bleeding Strike, you have advantage on your attacks against it.  A single opponent cannot suffer more than one Bleeding Strike at any one time from the same Peacekeeper, further Bleeding Strikes inflicted by the same Peacekeeper on a creature resets the pool of Sneak Attack die to it's maximum for that Peacekeeper.

Deflecting Parry

The Peacekeeper is an agile combatant and is able to use her speed and guile to great effect in the midst of melee combat.  Whenever the Peacekeeper takes the dodge action, if a creature makes a melee attack against her, she can use her reaction to do one of the following:

  • If the attack is a miss, the Peacekeeper may make an attack action against the creature.  This attack also deals Sneak Attack damage but only in the form of her Bleeding Strike Feature.
  • If the attack is a hit, the Peacekeeper may reduce the damage of the attack by her Dexterity (Dex) modifier.

In addition, creatures affected by your Bleeding Strike now suffer disadvantage on their attacks.

Anticoagulants

Coating her blades in special poisons used by the Peacekeepers, bleeding effects become more protracted.  Whenever you inflict your Bleeding Strike on a target, you can treat the number of die in the pool as being two die higher than normally allowed.  In addition, your allies gain advantage as well against creatures who are suffering from your Bleeding Strike, and the disadvantage the target suffers also now applies to saves and concentration rolls.

Detorquere Ferro

Your knowledge of using the right blade in the right place to cause maximum damage to your enemies has neared it's zenith.  Your pool of die for your Bleeding Strike Feature is now a d8 instead of a d6.  In addition, you may choose to spend two die to expend per proc of your Bleeding Strike instead of just using one.
