Monk
Base Class: Monk

"Catch these hands, nerd."

Monks of Catching These Hands are self taught "masters" of a unique unorthodox fighting style. Unlike traditional monks, these fighters are not trained by the ancient masters of the monk-y ways, but instead teach themselves how to fight by beating up the local hobos to steal their pocket change. Monks of this style will do anything they need to survive, especially if that includes fighting.

Catching Them Hands

Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, anyone or anything that tries to mess with you or the boys will be paid back.
Whenever an opponent in range makes an attack against you or an adjacent ally you may spend 2 ki points to make a melee attack against them as a reaction. If you hit they must succeed on a concentration check or automatically fail in their attack. The DC for the concentration check is 8 + your Wisdom modifier. (DC {{savedc:wis}})

Run Them Hands

At 6th level, whenever you hit an unarmed strike, whether it be from flurry of blows or as an attack, you can expend a ki point and make an additional unarmed strike against the same opponent. Any additional uses beyond the first time in your turn will roll to hit at disadvantage.

Standing Here, You Realize

Beginning at 11th level, you can enter a special meditation that lasts for three turns, which can be ended early. During this meditation, you take halved damage from all sources and absorb damage from allies within 10 feet of you. All attack rolls against you or nearby allies are made at disadvantage. However, during this meditation, you cannot make any attacks and your movement is set to 0.

This meditation can be used once every long rest.

Fight back, fight back!

At 17th level, when an enemy has its hp reduced to 0 within 30 feet of you, you can immediately move 5 ft and make an unarmed strike against a nearby enemy.
