Connected Force

Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you can syphon your enemy’s ki to bolster you own. Whenever you hit a creature with one of the attacks granted by your Flurry of Blows, you can gain one of the following effects:

• It must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or it takes 1d6 psychic damage and you gain that amount in hit points.
• It must make a Strength saving throw. If it fails, your strength score goes up +2 and theirs decreases -2 for 1 minute. This ability does not stack and can't be used on the same creature until the previous effect ends.

Body Link

At 6th level, when you hit with an attack you can spend a Ki point to gain one resistance that your target has. This feature lasts for 1 minute. If the creature has multiple damage resistances the resistance is chosen at random.  This ability can be used multiple times to achieve multiple resistances.  If a target has a damage immunity, you could also get that damage type as a resistance.

Harmonious bond

Beginning at 11th level, you can enter a special meditation that bonds your soul with those around you. Once per day, you can spend 10 minutes bonding your soul with up to 6 creatures within 30 feet of you, each creature gains the effect of the enhance ability spell that lasts a number of hours equal to half your monk level rounded down. You must choose a different enhancement effect for each creature and no creature can have more than one enhancement from you at a time.

Displaced Soul

At 17th level, you gain the ability to extract someone’s soul from their body. When you hit a creature with an unarmed strike, you can spend 3 ki points to attempt to extract a creature's soul from their body. When you use this action, the creature must make a Constitution saving throw. If it fails, it takes 10d10 force damage it is incapacitated and its soul cannot reenter its body until the end of its next turn. On a success, the creature takes half as much force damage.

If a creature is unable to return to its body because the body is no longer on the same plane of existence, or it has been destroyed in a way that returning to it would cause the creature to die, then the soul instead becomes a ghost.
