While many fighters seek out personal glory, a Banneret's ambition is to etch the name of their company onto the pages of history instead. Military commanders, ambitious swordsmen and mercenary captains often take up this mantle. Any ragtag of adventurers that rallies under their flag has the potential to become a ferocious war band. When these skilled warriors spearhead the attack, they awaken courage and conviction in their allies which they never thought they had. 

Royal Envoy

At 3rd level, you gain proficiency in the Persuasion skill. Your proficiency bonus is doubled for any ability check you make that uses Persuasion.

Rallying Cry

When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you learn how to inspire your allies to fight on past their injuries.

When you use your Second Wind feature, you can choose a number of creatures equal to your Charisma modifier within 30 feet of you that are allied with you. Each one regains hit points equal to 1d10 + your fighter level, provided that the creature can see or hear you.

Inspiring Surge

Starting at 6th level, when you use your Action Surge feature, you can choose a number of allied creatures equal to your Charisma modifier within 30 feet of you. These creatures can make one melee or ranged weapon attack with its reaction, provided that they can see or hear you.

Bulwark

Beginning at 10th level, you can warn your allies of incoming danger. When a friendly creature fails a saving throw, you can use your reaction to expend a use of your Indomitable feature. When you do, choose an ally within 30 feet of you, they reroll their saving throw and add your Charisma modifier to the roll. They must use the new roll.

Decisive Action

At 15th level, your leadership inspires your allies to strike quickly. When you roll initiative, you can choose a number of creatures equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1) within 30 feet of you that are allied with you. Each gains advantage on their initiative roll provided that the creature can see or hear you. Once you use this feature, you must finish a short or long rest before you can use it again.

Emboldening Presence

At 18th level, your presence on the battlefield emboldens your allies to give it their all. When a friendly creature within 30 feet of you is reduced to 0 hit points, you can use your reaction to have them drop to 1 hit point instead. You can use this reaction a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier and regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest. Once a creature benefits from this reaction, they cannot do so again until they finish a long rest.
