Rogue
Base Class: Rogue

All rogues strike from the shadows. This is not enough for you. You find thrill in the hunt, in the careful stalking of your prey, and the fear in their eyes as your blade finds flesh. Driven by a vendetta, a madness, or just plain evil, you relish the screams of your victims and the terror you inflict. And, when the dawn breaks across the carnage you have wrought, you wash the blood from your hands and face, knowing you will kill again.

Spine Chill

At 3rd level, you may use your Cunning Action to make a Charisma (Intimidation) check.

Whenever you make a successful Charisma (Intimidation) check against one creature, that creature is frightened of you until the end of your next turn.

Additionally, you have advantage on attack rolls against creatures who are frightened of you, so long as you do not have disadvantage on the attack roll and no other creature is within 5ft of you or your target.

A Killer's Signature

At 3rd level, at the end of a long rest, choose one weapon you are proficient with. While wielding this weapon, you may use your Charisma modifier in place of your Strength or Dexterity modifier for your attack and damage rolls against creatures who are frightened of you.

Shape In The Darkness

At 9th level, you can take the Hide action whenever you are lightly obscured by dim light.

Ghostly Stalker

At 9th level, choose a creature to stalk. When stalking a creature, you must remain hidden from that creature and within 60ft of them. If you remain hidden from and within 60ft of the creature for 1 minute, that creature will become stunned until the end of your next turn the next time you make a successful Intimidation check against them.

Brutal Execution

At 13th level, when you reduce a creature to 0 hit points, you may use your reaction to brutalise the corpse. Any creature who witnesses this must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 8 + your Charisma modifier + your proficiency modifier). Upon failure, the creature is frightened of you and the brutalised corpse until the end of your next turn.

Unforgiving Murderer

At 17th level, any hit you score against a creature who is frightened of you is treated as a critical hit. If you roll a 1 on any damage die on an attack against a creature who is frightened of you, you may reroll those dice until you get a result that is greater than 1.
