Base Class: Paladin
Whether it be by blood or service you are bound by a draconic being and have sworn yourself to their tenants and ways. Paladins of this oath dedicate themselves to their draconic patron, whether it be in pursuit of maintaining order, chaos, or selfish ventures they do so with the authority and power of a dragon. Some act as stewards to their draconic masters while other are enforcers of their whims and will.
Dragons are often aloof and proud, the same could be said of those in their service. When a paladin of the Drakenblood walks into the room they radiate a sense of otherness that some are drawn to and others are intimated by. In any case those who take this oath are certainly destined to live a life of great importance, though not always a long one.
Channel Divinity
When you take this oath at 3rd level, you gain the following two Channel Divinity options.
Draconic Form. You can use your Channel Divinity to invoke the draconic ability to change shape. As an action, you can use your action to magically assume the shape of a beast or draconic creature that you have seen before. Your paladin level determines the beasts you can transform into, as shown in the Beast Shapes table. At 2nd level, for example, you can transform into any beast that has a challenge rating of 1/4 or lower that doesn’t have a flying or swimming speed. You can stay in a draconic form for a number of hours equal to half your paladin level (rounded down). You then revert to your normal form unless you expend another use of this feature. You can revert to your normal form earlier by using a bonus action on your turn. You automatically revert if you fall unconscious, drop to 0 hit points, or die.
Draconic Shield. You can use your Channel Divinity to utter ancient words that invoke the draconic powers that guide you. As an action, you present your holy symbol, and you can give a number of allies equal to your proficiency bonus resistance to all elements you have resistance to for one minute or until you fall unconscious or die.

Draconic Presence
Starting at 7th level you and any friendly creatures within 10 feet may deal an additional 1d6 damage (of fire, cold, lighting, thunder, poison, or acid- your choice) with weapon attacks, but only once per round. After completing a short rest, you may choose a different damage type, and this is the damage type that is dealt until your next rest.
At the 18th level, this aura's range increases to 30 feet, and the damage increases to 2d6.
Draconic Shroad
Starting at 15th level, when an ally within the range of your aura is targeted by an attack you can use a reaction to make the attacker roll a wisdom save. If they fail they instead target you. If the attack misses you gain temporary hp equal to your paladin level. You can do this a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, the temporary hp gained from this ability does not stack with itself.
Draconic Champion
At 20th level, you can assume a hybrid dragon form, taking on an appearance you choose. For example, your skin might turn to scales, your finger nails to claws, and
Using your action, you undergo a transformation. For 1 minute, you gain the following benefits:
- You have a flying speed of 60
- All of your resistances become immunities instead.
- Enemy creatures within 10 feet of you have to make a wisdom save against your spell save DC, if they fail they are afraid and all of your attacks against them are at advantage.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
