Flowing hand Technique

Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you can manipulate your enemy’s ki when you harness your own. Whenever you hit a creature with one of the attacks granted by your Flowing hand technique, you can impose one of the following effects on that target:

  • It must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or be knocked prone.
  • It must make a Strength saving throw. If it fails, you can push it up to 15 feet away from you.
  • It can’t take reactions until the end of your next turn.
  • It must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or be  deafened

Whole body

At 6th level, you gain the ability to heal yourself. As an action, you will be able to gain hit points equal to three times your monk level. You must complete a long rest before you are able to use this affect again.

Flowing parry

you train long enough to be able to react to sudden movements and parry them, you can use a reaction to parry a attack the save DC is 10+DEX MOD and they must contest by doing a dex skill check, if you both get the same number you take reduced damage if you succeed you take no damage. you cannot do a reaction until your next turn

to describe you ether block the attack if they match and you take reduced damage or if you succeed  you can parry the attack to the ground or side

Flowing body

at 11th level, you feel lighter as a flowing aura surrounds you you gain Misty Step ,you get two charges that refresh every long rest.

Spirit bullet | Force palm

At 17th level, you gain the ability to send a lethal amounts of force into someone’s body. When you hit a creature with an unarmed strike, you are able to spend 3 ki points to send this force into them, the sear force pushes them 15ft away. When you use this action, the creature must make a Constitution saving throw. If it fails, it takes 12d12 force damage. If it succeeds, it takes reduced damage. the DC for the save is your class level

To describe it i would say " As you lay your palm on your target, you inhale deeply as your muscles tighten, when you exhale you can see the vapor exiting your mouth, then expand the sear force you send into them, if you need to name this technique it could be called spirit bullet or for a simpler and less excessive name you can call it force palm."
