Base Class: Bard
The College of Peace gathers knowledge and excels in the performing arts during peacetime, spreading joy and laughter across the countryside. They may take up an adventuring lifestyle in an effort to gain knowledge of potential threats to the peace and protect the people of the countryside from dangers unseen, all while inspiring people along the way in an effort to spurn on the greatest in people.
Spirit of Peace
You may spend one of your bardic inspiration dice to summon a spirit of peace around yourself and your friends for a total of hours equal to the number rolled on that bardic inspiration die.
Your spirit may appear as a medium of smaller creature, it takes initiative on your turn directly after you. You may use your bonus action to command your peace spirit to move and take an action, but it cannot do lethal damage even via taking the attack action. See the Stat Block Below:
While your spirit is within 5 feet of you, you gain proficiency in persuasion checks, additionally one combative creature you can see that begins it's turn adjacent to your spirit must make a wisdom saving throw DC (8+Proficiency Bonus + Charisma Modifier) if it succeeds this saving throw nothing happens, but if it fails the saving throw all attacks it makes on it's turn are made at disadvantage.
Cutting Words
Also at 3rd level, you learn how to use your wit to distract, confuse, and otherwise sap the confidence and competence of others. When a creature that you can see within 60 feet of you makes an attack roll, an ability check, or a damage roll, you can use your reaction to expend one of your uses of Bardic Inspiration, rolling a Bardic Inspiration die and subtracting the number rolled from the creature’s roll. You can choose to use this feature after the creature makes its roll, but before the DM determines whether the attack roll or ability check succeeds or fails, or before the creature deals its damage. The creature is immune if it can’t hear you or if it’s immune to being charmed.
Inspire Peace
At 6th level, when you grant a creature that can see you inspiration they creature can find comfort in your presence, whenever a creature uses one of your inspiration dice it may add the total rolled to it's hit points as healing.
Peaceful Aura
Starting at 14th level, when you take a short or a long rest you may expand an aura of peace around you in a radius of 30 feet. All creatures within your radius have advantage on any rolls made to restore hit points whether it be through spellcasting or hit dice rolling.
Additionally when a creature uses your inspiration dice it may add the total rolled plus your charisma modifier as healing, totaling (Inspiration Die + Charisma Modifier)
