Base Class: Ranger
Pack Leaders are guardians and guides who are at home in the dangers of the wild where few dare to wander. Many who venture away from the safety of civilization do so alone, but a Pack Leader seeks out allies and companions so that no one must journey alone. Protectors and survivors, Pack Leaders keep their party safe and ensure that they and their comrades reach their destinations safely.
Pack Leader Magic
Starting at 3rd level, you learn an additional spell when you reach certain levels in this class, as shown in the Pack Leader Spells table. The spell counts as a ranger spell for you, but it doesn’t count against the number of ranger spells you know.

| Ranger Level | Spell |
|---|---|
| 3rd | heroism |
| 5th | enhance ability |
| 9th | beacon of hope |
| 13th | death ward |
| 17th | telepathic bond |
Natural Guide
At 3rd level, you gain the ability to empower yourself and your allies in moments of need. You learn the guidance cantrip, which has a range of 30 feet when you cast it.
Additionally, your talents for observation and intuition grow stronger. You gain expertise in Insight, Perception, or Survival.
Pack Tactics
At 3rd level, you learn to work in tandem with your allies in the heat of battle.
As a bonus action, choose one creature you can see within 60 feet of you. You and your allies have advantage on attack rolls against that creature until the start of your next turn.
When you reach 11th level in this class, you can choose up to two creatures. The creatures must be within 30 feet of each other.
Pack Protector
At 7th level, your heightened reflexes allow you to shield your allies from harm. When a creature you can see hits one of your allies within 10 feet of you with an attack, you can use your reaction to move up to 10 feet to intercept the attack and take half the total damage (rounded up).
Seasoned Survivor
At 11th level, your skills as a survivalist allow you to push your endurance to new heights. You gain proficiency in Constitution saving throws, and you are able to reduce your level of exhaustion by 1 when you finish a Short Rest.
Pathfinder
At 15th level, you are able to magically divine the route your pack should travel. You can cast the find the path spell with this feature, without expending a spell slot or using material components.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
