Base Class: Monk
These monks have learned to harness the power of the tempest and channel it into their martial arts.
Conductive strikes
Every time you use a Ki point for flurry of blows you can make an additional attack roll on a creature within 10 feet of the target. If hit the creature takes lightning damage equal to your martial arts die.
Fist of the wild wind
You can choose for your unarmed strikes to do force or thunder damage instead of bludgeoning.
Lightning step
When you spend a ki point for step of the wind a small storm forms around you.
Until the start of your next turn you don't provoke opportunity attacks and anyone that comes within 5 feet of you must make a constitution saving throw or take lightning damage equal to your martial arts die. You can only deal this damage to each creature once per turn. The saving throw DC for this equals 8 + your Wisdom modifier + your proficiency bonus.
Storm's arrival
You use your action to teleport to an unoccupied space up to 60ft away. You deal 3d8 lightning damage to anyone within 5ft of your starting point and you can use a bonus action to deal 3d8 thunder damage to anyone within 5ft on arrival. You can do this times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest.
Eye of the Storm
You spend 5 ki points and become the calm at the center of a storm.
For 1 minute or until concentration is dropped all Creatures that begin their turn within 15ft of you take 5d10 thunder and 5d10 lightning damage. Additionally, while this is active, this area is considered difficult terrain. Ranged weapon attacks against you have disadvantage.
