Base Class: Bard
The College of Diabolists is the home for bards who seek to imbue their words with the occult. These bards often embark on journies studying the songs of banshees, harpies, and sirens alike. Those who survive the torture of their studying end being driven insane in most cases, but quite powerful. A bard who chooses this path accepts the madness and recognizes the danger that comes with it.
Woeful Wail
When you hit a creature with a spell attack, you can expend one use of your Bardic Inspiration to deal an extra 2d6 necrotic damage to that target. You can do so only once per round on your turn.
The psychic damage increases when you reach certain levels in this class, increasing to 3d6 at 5th level, 5d6 at 10th level, and 8d6 at 15th level.
Tounge of the Beast
Starting at this level you learn to speak abyssal and infernal. As well, once per day you gain advantage on a persuasion or deception check while speaking to a fiend or monstrosity.
Sinister Sonnet
As a bonus action you can make any creature you see, up to 60 feet, to make a constition saving throw. The target must succeed against your spell save DC or be paralyzed and deaphend until the end of your next turn.
If the target succeeds on its saving throw the target cannot attack you until their next turn.
Once you use this feature, you can not use until you finish a short or long rest
Baneful Conjurer
At 14th level your able to conjure the song of one of the monsters you had studied. Up to 6 creatures within 60 feet of you must make a DC constitution saving throw against your spell DC. On a failed save the targets each take 5d8 points of necrotic damage. On a success the target takes half the amount.
