Base Class: Bard

Some say comedy is tragedy plus time, College of Slapstick Bards recognise that the best comedy, is the tragedy of pain. Through their own pain and others, these bards have studied the best ways to bring a smile to someone's face. Bards of this college often incorporate acts of grand physicality into their performances, with the intention for them to sometimes fall flat, this particular skill of presentation translates itself seamlessly onto a battlefield allowing these bards to put on a show where ever they go.

Pratfall

From all your experience faking falls or injures for entertainment, you have acquired quiet the tolerance for falling, balancing, and putting on a show.

Beginning at level 3 you gain proficiency with Acrobatics (Dexterity).

The Wound Song and Pain Dance

When you choose this College at level 3, when taking damage you can spend your reaction to give an ally Bardic Inspiration, they also gain advantage on their next attack against the creature who damaged you. If the attack against you was a critical hit, you can also give another creature Bardic Inspiration.

Humour in Loads

You have learnt how to weave the wounds of those around you into a moment for anyone to laugh at.

When you reach 6th level, anytime a creature scores a critical hit within 30ft of you, you regain one inspiration dice. This feature can be used once per round.

Local Embarrasment

You have developed the skill of using your own harm to gain favour and entertainment, and for performances you know how to do it without actually inducing any actual injury.

Upon reaching level 14, you can add your Dexterity modifier to any Performance (Charisma) checks you make.

Sustainable Blow

Putting on a show comes at a cost, but not always one you want to spend, your body is important for keeping up a performance so you take a little bit of each smile to help yourself.

Starting at level 14, each time someone uses a Bardic Inspiration that they acquired from The Wound Song and Pain Dance, you can heal for the same amount they rolled. Using this feature makes attack rolls against you score critical hits on 19, and 20 until the start of your next turn.
