Base Class: Monk
There are those who are cursed at a young age through a special ritual that is hidden away from the public eye. As they grow they develop the ability to compel the world around them with their words. This is a very powerful technique but has it's drawbacks. People with cursed speech cannot easily control their words influence on the world. Because of this they often use short phrases with words that don't easily compel the world about them. These people normally limit their speech to names of places, people, plants, food, or anything that doesn't involve verbs, adverbs, adjectives, etc. Essentially limiting their speech to only nouns.
Words of Harm
3rd-level Curse Speech feature
Starting at 3rd level, You are able to control your speech in a way allowing your to harm enemies, help allies, and alter the world around you.
Word Save DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Wisdom modifier
Words of Harm,
As an Action you can spend 1 ki point, choosing a creature within 60ft, that creature must make a Constitution saving throw against your Word Save DC
Speaking simple words of harm such as but not limited to "slash", "crush", "pierce" will do the basic damage type associated with the chosen word (piercing, slashing, bludgeoning).
On a failed save the creature takes 3 times your martial die in the chosen damage type. On a successful save both you and the creature take half damage
Accidentally speaking a compelling word to a creature will cause you to involuntarily use your action for this feature on the creature you are speaking to, if you are not speaking to anyone then it chooses a creature within range at random including you amongst the random creatures. If you do not have an action for this to happen it instead causes the effect to happen on you instead
Using this feature without ki points causes you to take the full damage that would normally be applied to another creature
Words of Aid
3rd-level Way of Cursed Speech feature
Your Words can empower you allies. As an action, you can spend 1 ki point to speak to a creature within 30ft and grant a number of temporary hit points equal to a roll of your (Martial Arts die x 2) + your wisdom modifier. These temporary hit points disappear when affected by another form of temporary hit points or when 2 rounds have passed.
Words that can cause this effect to happen are "shield" "cover" "guard" "help" or anything similar
Accidentally speaking a compelling word to a creature will cause you to involuntarily use your action for this feature on the creature you are speaking to, if you are not speaking to anyone then it chooses a creature within range at random including you amongst the random creatures. If you do not have an action for this to happen it instead causes you to take damage equal to take half the temp hit points they would normally get as psychic damage
using this feature without ki points available causes you to instead take half the temp hit points they would normally get as psychic damage
Compelling speech
3rd-level Way of Cursed Speech feature
You may spend 2 ki points Choosing a creature within 30ft, you force them to make a Wisdom saving throw, Constitution saving throw, or Charisma saving throw against your Word Save DC or be charmed, or frightened
For charmed and frightened conditions, creature makes a Charisma save. Words such as "Charm" "Fear" "Befriend" "Become Scared" or words similar can be used. max duration 1 minute
If a creature succeeds their save against you then you instead are put under that condition for half the duration (rounded up) as if that creature cast it on you. The save DC to break out of it is 10 + creature's charisma modifier or the creatures spell save DC (whichever is higher)

If you do not have an action for this to happen it instead causes the effect to happen on you instead
If you attempt to use this feature without ki points you are instead put under the same condition however for it's full duration instead
Echoing voice
6th-level Way of Cursed Speech feature
You can carry you voice farther and compel more creatures around you.
The range of all of your cursed speech features increases by 30ft.
By spending an extra 2ki points:
You can affect a number of creatures with Harming words equal to your proficiency mod
You can affect a number of creatures with Assisting words equal to half your proficiency mod rounded down
You can affect a number of creatures with Compelling words equal to half your proficiency mod rounded down but have to spend ki points for each creature
If a creature were to save against one of your features used this way, you take the repercussions all the same. (Ex. you compel two creatures to "fear", one fails and is feared, the other succeeds and now you are feared for half the duration. if both succeed the duration of the fear does not increase on you)
Enhanced Cursed Speech Techinque
11th-level Way of Cursed Speech feature
For the words of harming technique you can now use your words to inflict damage of all types onto creatures (ex. poison, fire, necrotic...) and the damage you output is increased by 1 martial die
For the words of aid technique you can spend an extra ki point and all creatures affected by this effect gain 15ft walking speed on base, an extra attack, and the temporary health increases by 1 martial die
For the words of compelling you gain the ability to cause creatures to be stunned and paralyzed
For stunned condition, creature makes a Wisdom save. Words such as "Stun" "Daze" or words similar can be used. max duration 5 rounds
For paralyzed condition, creature makes a Constitution save. Words such as "Paralyze" "immobilize" or words similar can be used. max duration 2 rounds
creatures make the saving throw at the end of each of their turns or until the duration ends
repercussions for each of these abilities still apply
Voice of the Echoing paths
17th-level Way of Cursed Speech feature
You learn new words that normally would be too much for you to handle
From the words of harm feature you learn words similar to "die", "perish", and "death". You spend 5 ki points If you speak this to a creature with less than 100 hit points they die instantly. If they have over 100 hit points they make a wisdom saving throw. On a fail you instead deal damage equal to your words of harm feature but you treat the damage as a crit. If they succeed then they take the normal damage of the words of harm feature
From the words of assist feature you learn the words similar to "revive", "return", and "resurrect". You spend 10 ki points while within range of a creature that hasn't been dead for more than 2 months and if the creature's soul is free and willing, the creature is resurrected to half their max hit points and all curses, poisons, and ailments are removed.
From the compelling words featured you learn the words similar to "plunge", "plummet", and "bury". You spend 10 ki points and your target/targets size large or smaller make a wisdom saving throw. On a failed save they are pushed through the earth beneath 100ft straight downward opening a 5ft wide hole in their target location that is 100ft deep (this works only if there is enough room beneath them and the ground beneath them can be destroyed by means of disintegrate). That creature takes fall damage equal to the distance they fell and if they are unable to fall they instead are knocked prone and take damage equal to the damage they would have fallen. If the creature is flying they are pulled from the sky and the same effect happens. On a success they are push into the ground 10ft and take that fall damage(this works only if there is enough room beneath them and the ground beneath them can be destroyed by means of disintegrate). You are also knocked prone in the event they succeed the saving throw.
Using any of these words without ki points makes the effect from the words similar to "die", "death", and "perish" happen to you
