Base Class: Monk
Heavy single target control with anti magic influences
Ki Sealing
As a
Bonus Action on your turn, you may spend 1 Ki Point to coat
your fists and weapons with your unique Ki,causing any
damage done with your unarmed attacks, or with a Monk
Weapon you are proficient with ignore temporary HP granted
by magical effects, and also ignore bonuses to AC granted by
magical effects, such as the Mage Armor and Shield Spells
for 1 Minute. Additionally, whenever you succeed with a
melee attack, instead of dealing damage, you may target your
enemey's pressure points to cause either their hands or their
vocal chords to sieze up. If you choose to attack the vocal
chords, your target is rendered unable to speak until they
succeed a Constitution Saving Throw (DC = 8 + Your
Proficiency Modifier + Your WIS Modifier). If you choose
hands, your target's joints in their hands lock up and they
drop anything they were holding, they are rendered unable to
hold anything, and cannot form somatic components for
spells until the start of their next turn.
Spell Breaking
When you reach level 6 in this class, training and
experimenting with your Ki has allowed you to disrupt and
dissipate the flow of magic around you. You can spend 2 Ki
points per spell level to cast the Dispel Magic, Remove Curse,
or Counterspell Spells as an action or reaction respectively
without needing material components. Your spellcasting
ability score for these spells is Wisdom.
Veil Piercing Gaze
When you reach 11th level in this class, Your mind and your
senses have been honed to the point where magic no longer
affects them. As a bonus action on your turn, you may spend
any number of Ki points (Minimum of 1) to gain 5ft of
Truesight for 1 Minute per Ki point used. For example, if you
spend 3 Ki Points to activate this ability, you would gain 15ft
of Truesight for 3 Minutes.
Become Nothing
At 17th level, your mastery over your Ki has become so great
that not only can magic not exist within you, but around you
as well. You can spend 8 Ki points to cast the Antimagic Field
spell without needing material components. Additionally, you
gain resistance to force damage.
