Bard
Base Class: Bard

While most bards enthrall audiences with extravagant vocal performances, College of Silence bards prefer physical performances rather than vocal ones. They have trained themselves to communicate as much as possible without speaking, and their attention to detail and dedication makes them wonderful tacticians. They use their abilities to disrupt opponents and complicate enemy tactics, often leaving opponents stumbling and confused. While many people assume that these bards take vows of silence, many instead use their lack of speaking to catch people off guard once they finally say something.

Language of Sight

You have learned how to convey ideas without speaking via a complex system of gestures, poses, and charms.
Using this system, you can talk to any being that knows at least one language through pantomiming. The creature must be able to see you, and it takes around three times the amount of time it would take to convey the message through normal speech.

As an addition to this, you can ignore all Verbal components to spells that you cast, instead requiring Somatic components if it does not already include them.

Contemplative Inspiration

By meticulously observing your allies, you gain a sense of how your inspiration will effect their abilities.
On a Long Rest (or a Short Rest with Font of Inspiration), after you regain all uses of Bardic Inspiration, you can roll an amount of Bardic Inspiration dice equal to your Charisma Modifier. The predicted number(s) you rolled can be given to someone instead of a Bardic Inspiration die for a use of Bardic Inspiration. They act the exact same as a Bardic Inspiration die except that it will always add that number to the roll before vanishing.

All predicted numbers vanish when you regain Inspiration on a Short or Long rest.

Fluent Pantimonium

You have practiced the art of pantomiming to the point of it becoming a part of you. Conveying speech through pantomime only takes twice as long as normal speech, being restrained does not limit your ability to use it, and you gain advantage on Performance checks while pantomiming.

As well as this, your voice has become such a rare occurrence that people begin to believe that you can't talk at all. Because of this, you have advantage on Intimidation checks that require your voice, as long as the person you are intimidating has not heard your voice before.

Finally, your constant silence has allowed for you to gain a weak telepathic connection to the people you can visualize. You can telepathically send a message to anyone you can see, or have spent 10 minutes looking at that is in a 5 mile radius. If the person you send the message to has not heard your voice, they hear the message being said by what they think your voice sounds like.

Silent Influence

Mastering the ability to talk without speaking, you gain the ability to have your charisma flow through your allies.

Whenever one of your allies that you can see makes a Persuasion, Intimidation, or General Charisma ability check, they can choose to use your ability scores for said skills instead of their own. When they choose to use this ability, they will begin to accentuate their words with movements, and take on your speech patterns as if you were to be constantly speaking.
