Fighter
Base Class: Fighter

Dancers are feisty, personality-filled acrobats who twirl through battlefields with ease, depriving their opponents of pressure, deadliness and any sense of gravitas whatsoever.

Alluring Defense

Starting at 3rd level, you may calculate your Armour Class using your Charisma modifier as if it were your Dexterity modifier, or, while wearing no armour and wielding no shield, you may calculate your Armour Class as 10 + your Dexterity modifier + your Charisma modifier.

Gap in the Dance

Also at 3rd level, you can see the space within a fight that's meant for you and fill it, dodging and weaving through everyone you see. While you aren't wearing heavy armour, you may take the Dash action as a bonus action. If a hostile creature moves within your melee range, you may use your reaction to move a number of feet equal to 5*your Dexterity modifier. You may use this reaction a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier, regaining all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

Coup de Grace

Starting at 7th level, you are an expert at delivering the climactic end of a dance. If you reduce a creature to a number of hit points equal to or lesser than twice your Fighter level with an attack, you may instead reduce it to 0 hit points, either stable or unstable (your choice). You may use this feature twice, and regain all uses at the end of a short or long rest.

Beckoning Footwork

At 10th level, your speed increases by 15 feet. Furthermore, when you leave an opponent's melee reach, you may force them to make an attack of opportunity against you if they are wielding a melee weapon and have their reaction.

Bravura

At 15th level, your displays of grace and technical mastery are so enrapturing that enemies find themselves weaker just looking at them - and can't bear to tear their eyes away. When you use your Gap in the Dance feature and provoke an attack of opportunity from a creature, that creature must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 8 + PROF + CHA) or suffer disadvantage on attacks against creatures other than you until the beginning of your next turn, and for the same period, have all damage they deal to you halved.

Overture

At 18th level, when you pour your heart and soul into your dancing, you truly rise above the limits of the mortal body, draining yourself to become truly untouchable. When you use your Action Surge, you gain the benefits of 3/4 cover until the beginning of your next turn. At the beginning of your next turn, and at each turn after, you may choose to keep these benefits, at which you have a 20% cumulative chance of gaining a point of exhaustion.
