Base Class: Druid
You are a Druid of The Shadowfell, some were born here, but most adapted to the harsh environment after being trapped. You harness the power of The Shadowfell itself and have attuned to its nature in order to survive. In turn, your appearance, in and out of wild shape, will slowly become undead as you level from 1 to 20 and rely on necrotic powers to live over flesh and blood.
Circle Spells
Your necrotic connection to the Shadowfell gives you the ability to cast certain Spells. At 3rd, 5th, 7th, and 9th level you gain access to Necrotic Spells pulled from the Shadowfell. Once you gain access to a circle spell, you always have it prepared, and it doesn’t count against the number of Spells you can prepare each day.
2nd Level - False Life
3rd Level - Gentle Repose
5th Level - Speak With Dead
7th Level - Blight
9th Level - Contagion
Necrotic Adaption
Starting at 2nd level, your wild shape transformations appear as undead variants of their normal appearance with either visibly green or purple breathe and your attacks are enhanced with necrotic power. Your attacks, while in wild shape, deal an extra 1d4 necrotic damage per attack. This increases to 1d6 at 6th level, 1d8 at 10th level, and 1d10 at 14th level.
Land's Stride
Starting at 3rd level, moving through nonmagical difficult terrain costs you no extra movement. You can also pass through nonmagical plants without being slowed by them and without taking damage from them if they have thorns, spines, or a similar hazard.
In addition, you have advantage on saving throws against plants that are magically created or manipulated to impede movement, such those created by the Entangle spell.
Plague Expansion
At 6th level, your summoned creatures gain Nectrotic Adaptation's bonus damage and are immune to necrotic damage. Your summons take a more undead appearance.
Pelt of The Shadowfell
At 10th level, you are resistant to necrotic damage. While using Wild Shape you become immune to necrotic damage as well as resistant to slashing and piercing damage.
Undead Curse
At 14th level, If you reach 0 hit points while in wild shape, you may choose to not revert out of Wildshape until the end of your next turn. In addition, any excess damage dealt to you no longer carries over when you revert back.
If you reach 0 hit points outside of Wildshape, instead of falling unconscious, you may use Wildshape without expending a charge. This special Wildshape only lasts 1 minute, and you immediately revert and back fall unconscious after this minute, or when you are forced to revert back.
