Base Class: Barbarian
Full credits go to @thefantasticeporium on instagram. I'm just typing this out so that I can integrate the class into my dnd beyond so that I can use it in my campaigns and with my characters
Harness The Draconic Might
As she roars in anger, the young half-elf's face and body grow horns and scales of pure silver. After a strike of her handaxe, her mouth exhales a cold and lethal breath in a bestial scream. This is a dragon soul barbarian, a warrior whose raw ire harbors the strength of the most destructive dragons.
Maybe your anger is so powerful it has gained the attention of Tiamat in her infernal kingdom, or so righteous you have the favor of Bahamuth. Maybe you inherited it from a curse but lack the ability to become a sorcerer, or you consumed the blood or flesh of a dragon as part of your tribe's ritual and it is now awakening. Anyhow, your rage now transforms your body into something closer to the aspect and power of the mighty dragons: horns grow on your head, fangs sprout in your mouth, and your skin color changes entirely or partially; as you gain abilities that make you a glorious and terrifying incarnation of their legendary might
You also possess a physical or mental trait inherited from dragons, even out of rage. Choose from one of the Draconic Traits table or determine it randomly.

Breath Weapon
Once per turn when you take the attack action, you can replace one of your attacks by exhaling an elemental breath. When you do so, every creature in a 20ft cone or a 40ft line (your choice) must succeed on a dexterity saving throw or suffer 2d6 of your chosen damage type, or half as much on a success. the damage goes up by 1d6 at level 5, 11 and 17. You can only use this breath a number of times per rage equal to your Constitution modifier.
Draconic Resilience
You gain resistance to your chosen damage type. If the damage type is poison, you also gain resistance to your saving throws against being poisoned.
Draconic Senses
Your senses get sharper, you gain darkvision up to 60ft and you can use your bonus action to make perception checks. You gain proficiency in perception and you add twice your proficiency bonus to the roll. At level 10 this mutation gives you darkvision up to 120ft.
Elemental Might
Your draconic power is so strong it can affect items. You can imbue a weapon that you are holding or your unarmed attacks with the elemental power of a dragon, dealing an additional 1d6 of your chosen damage type. If the weapon already deals damage that is not bludgeoning, piercing or slashing damage, this mutation had no effect on it. The weapon loses this effect if you drop it. If you throw it, it loses power right after the attack, whether you hit or miss.
Fangs & Claws
Your unarmed attacks inflict 1d6 Slashing, Piercing or Bludgeoning damage. At level 6 this damage is considered magical against resistance and immunities, At level 10 this damage increases to 2d6.
Frightful Roar
When you rage or acquire this mutation, you let out a loud roar. Each creature of your choice in a 30ft radius around you must succeed on a wisdom saving throw or become frightened of you for 1minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to this ability for 24 hours.
Scale Defense
Your body partially covers in scales of the aforementioned color, increasing your armor class by 1 if you don't wear any armor. At level 10 this bonus becomes a +2.

The effect lasts 10 minutes if it is not instantaneous. You can do so a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all uses after a long rest.
Shifting Fury
At 10th level, you learn to better manipulate your transformations. While raging, you can use a bonus action to exchange one of your Draconic Mutations for another, or to swap your chosen damage type. you can do so a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all uses after a long rest.
