The Food Critic travels the world in search of the best cuisine available. They sample dishes everywhere they go and critique them, sharing that critique with anyone who will listen.

School of Critique wizards gain proficiency in Intimidation, and gain advantage on saving throws against being frightened.

Thick Skinned

2nd-level School of Critique feature

Due to your experience and interaction with people from certain circles of society, you have learned to bolster your defenses. Starting at 2nd level, you can add your Charisma Modifier to your AC.

Quality Ingredients

6th-level School of Critique feature

Beginning at 6th level, you gain access to the spell Purify Food and Drink, and can cast it once per short rest without using a spell slot. This spell does not count against the two spells you gain from leveling up as a wizard.

Convincing Argument

10th-level School of Critique feature

Your years of being a food critic have bolstered your ability to convince people to believe your opinion. Starting at level 10, you gain Expertise in the Persuasion skill

Critic's Feast

14th-level School of Critique feature

At 14th level, your study and understanding of food intensifies even further. On top of the two new spells you learn when reaching this level, you gain access to the spell Heroes' Feast which counts as a Wizard's spell for you. Once per long rest you may take 20 minutes to cast it as a ritual, without expending a spell slot.
