You have tapped into the vast power of your life essence with the blood that runs through your body.

If you are not wearing armor or holding a shield, your AC becomes 10 + your Charisma modifier + your Proficiency Bonus. This effect lasts for an hour, or until you end it as an action. When the effect ends, you gain temporary equal to one roll of your hit die + your Charisma modifier.

Arcane Adrenaline

At 1st level, your control over your blood and body allows you to grant yourself a rush or adrenaline to fight through pain. As an action, you can expend and roll a hit die. You regain hitpoints equal to the number rolled plus your Charisma Modifer, and you gain advantage on your next Consitution saving throw to maintain concentration on a spell.

Magical Metabolism

Starting at 6th level, your blood creates magical metabolites which allows you more power to effect both the weave and the creatures within it.

When you expend hit die, you regain one sorcery point for each die expended. Additionally, you can use your Arcane Adrenaline feature on another willing creature with a range of touch and instead expending their hit dice. They regain hitpoints equal to one roll of their hit die plus your Charisma modifier.

Resuscitation

When you are reduced to 0 hitpoints, at the start of your turn you can expend and roll a number of hit die equal to your Proficiency Bonus to regain hitpoints equal to the number rolled. You also gain the benefits of your Sanguine Shield feature.

Once the benefit of Sanguine Shield ends, you gain a point of exhaustion and you cannot use this feature again until you finish a long rest.

Overflowing Vitality

Beginning at 18th level, your vitality overflows with power, allowing you to recover from injury with supernatural speed. When you finish a long rest, you regain all of your hit die, rather than half. Additionally, you regain the maximum amount of hitpoints possible from any healing.
