Base Class: Fighter

An ancient ritual, passed down from one warrior to another, allows the Living Arsenal to bind weapons to their very body.  The tattoos created through the ritual hold a weapon, and when called upon, materialize in a form made of arcane energies.

Ritual of Binding

At level 3, you gain knowledge of the Ritual of Binding. Combining pigments with ash and your blood, you can create the ink required to imbue your tattoo with the magic needed to bind your weapons. The Living Arsenal can have 1 weapon bound to them. This increases by an additional weapon at Levels 7, 10, and 15.

As a bonus action, you can summon the bound weapon stored in your tattoo. It appears in your hand as an image of a weapon made of pure energy but does the normal damage of the weapon type it is modeled after. If it is ranged it requires no physical ammunition, as it shoots bolts of energy that do piercing damage as normal. These bolts disappear after impact. Thrown weapons reappear in your hand after impact.

You can use this feature to summon your bound weapon, or fuel other effects, a number of times equal to your Constitution modifier (minimum of once). You regain all expended uses when you finish a short or long rest.

Improved Bound Weapon

The potency of the magic fueling your Bound Weapon imbues it with power. Your Bound Weapon now receives a +1 magical bonus to attack rolls and damage. You can spend an additional charge to assign the damage type of your choice to your bound weapon.

Adaptation

The Living Arsenal excels at adaptation. Once per short or long rest, you can change your fighting style.

Greater Improved Bound Weapon

The potency of the magic fueling your Bound Weapon imbues it with power. Your Bound Weapon now receives a +2 magic bonus to attack rolls and damage. You can spend an additional charge to assign 2 damage types of your choice to your bound weapon.

Tattoo Mastery

You have mastered the Ritual of Binding. You can replace one Bound Weapon Tattoo with a Tattoo from the following list:

Furious Might

Furious Might adds an additional 1d8 weapon damage to all attacks.

Ironside

When you aren't wearing armor, your AC is 14 plus your Constitution modifier.

Shadowfell Brand

As in Tasha’s Cauldron of Everything.
