The Way of the Mystic Fist is a path for monks living in mountain temples.

Mountains however introduce new threats, these monks learn to unlock mystical effects from their own body to fight against bigger foes.

Body of Giants

At 3rd level, Your body can channel the might of giants. As a bonus action, you gain the following benefits, which last for 1 minute:
If you are smaller than Large, you become Large, along with anything you are wearing. If you lack the room to become Large, your size doesn't change.
You have advantage on Strength checks and Strength saving throws.
When you grapple or shove or somebody attempts to grapple or shove you, if your dexterity modifier is higher than your strength modifier you can use your dexterity modifier for Athletics.
Once on each of your turns, one of your attacks with a weapon or an unarmed strike can deal an extra Martial Arts die damage to a target on a hit.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses of it when you finish a long rest.

Controlled Size

Starting at 6th level, Your body is your own and any attempts to manipulate its size can be ignored if you choose to.

Absorb Ki

Starting at 6th level, When you are hit with a spell or spell-like ability or you make a saving throw against a spell or spell-like ability you can choose to Absorb Ki, restoring 1 Ki point. You can use this ability any time you are hit by a spell. If you activate this ability on a beneficial spell you do not take the benefits of the spell.
Note: this effect cannot be used against cantrips

Mystic Fists

Starting at 11th level, When you attack with an enchanted weapon your unarmed strikes will copy the bonus to hit from the weapon but not damage.

Master of your form

Starting at 17th level Your Body of Giants effect becomes permanent and more powerful the previous benefits apply despite your current size. You can choose to be either medium size or large at will.
When you activate Body of giants at 17th level for 1 minute Your size can increase to Huge, and while you are that size, your reach increases by 5 feet.
You also can choose to ignore the effects of any spell that transforms your physical form into another creature.
