Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

The berserker is a fairly simple subclass that I feel needs a little love, so I am making slight changes that I think would fit it well.

Defiantly not Frenzy (buffed)

Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, you can go into a frenzy when you rage. If you do so, for the duration of your rage you can make a single melee weapon attack as a bonus action on each of your turns after this one. When your rage ends, you suffer disadvantage on ability checks until you receive a short rest.

I wanted to preserve the downside to frenzy because It looks like WOTC wanted to create a down side to frenzy, or at least a reason to not use it every single time.  you could argue that getting rid of the downside entirely would balance this class and honestly that probably the most common way to do it.  I didn't do it because I am special.

Defiantly not Mindless Rage

Beginning at 6th level, you can’t be charmed or frightened while raging. If you are charmed or frightened when you enter your rage, the effect is suspended for the duration of the rage.

Perfectly fine ability arguably the best thing the berserker gets, no changes needed.

Defiantly not Intimidating Presence (buffed)

Beginning at 10th level, you can use your bonus action to frighten someone with your menacing presence. When you do so, choose one creature that you can see within 30 feet of you. If the creature can see or hear you, it must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier) or be frightened of you until the end of your next turn. On subsequent turns, you can use your bonus action to extend the duration of this effect on the frightened creature until the end of your next turn. This effect ends if the creature ends its turn out of line of sight or more than 60 feet away from you.

If you kill a hostile creature you may use this feature with the use of a bonus action until the start of your next turn.

Now this, this is the biggest trap ability ever.  gates you from doing damage when you use it for a very weak and inconsistent crowed control ability.  It would likely be a good idea to just toss it but we are trying to stay as close as possible to the original class.  So we turn it into bonus action instead of action, get rid of that pesky text that says you cant frighten something within 24 hour, and give it a little spice.

Defiantly not Retaliation (buffed)

Starting at 14th level, when you take damage from a creature that is within your reach, you can use your reaction to make a melee weapon attack against that creature.

More like a small change really, its weird that its not your reach so I am making it so, nothing much.
