Base Class: Barbarian
Having studied countless hours, months, and even years under Druidic masters you've learned their ways of using the natural forces of the world to guide you to battle, harnessing not only your rage, but your connection to the natural world as well. Unlike most of your kin, whom of which specialize in empowering themselves with their anger, utilizing every ounce of their rage and focusing it into their strikes, you focus on your spiritual connection with the natural world around you, calling upon the forces of nature to guide you. Your hearty body has become a catalyst, a manner through which the natural world may focus its own rage through you, giving you the power to cast powerful spells and incantations using that connection.
Where others of your ilk may choose to become enraged, focusing entirely on their anger, their physical body, their power, you've allowed your rage to fuel your concentration, your dedication to your craft. Your connection with your spiritual self transcends your innate desires, your desire to destroy and defile, and has allowed you to mold your surroundings, as a paragon and defender of nature.
Conduit of Nature
Starting at 3rd level, you gain the ability to call upon the forces of nature, granting you some of the power available to Rangers and Druids. At this level, you can pick from one of two options, Shaman or Warrior, each determining what way you utilize your connection with nature. When you choose this path at 3rd level, you gain the ability to cast and concentrate on spells while in your rage, but only so long as those spells come from your barbarian levels.
Shamans are more akin to Druids, utilizing their connection with nature to support and benefit their allies and themselves, being much more ritualistic and worship-esque with their practices and teachings. Shamans require druidic focuses to cast their spells, needing a free hand to do so, however, you may also use your connection with nature to infuse a weapon of your choice with your energy at the end of a long rest. You may use your WIS modifier for your attack and damage rolls with that weapon, however that weapon still acts as a Strength weapon for the purpose of granting you bonus damage from your Rage.
Warriors are more akin to Rangers, utilizing their connection with nature to fuel their martial ability and provide them with support and aid on the battlefield, striking opponents with incredible ferocity and utilizing their terrain to great advantage. Warriors cast using their body, with tattoos and flourishes with their blades.
Shaman
Shamans are more akin to Druids, utilizing their connection with nature to support and benefit their allies and themselves, being much more ritualistic and worship-esque with their practices and teachings. You are much more similar to a standard caster, allowing your connection with nature to fuel your power rather than just utilizing raw physical strength.
Warriors
Warriors are more akin to Rangers, utilizing their connection with nature to fuel their martial ability and provide them with support and aid on the battlefield, striking opponents with incredible ferocity and utilizing their terrain to great advantage. Your communion with nature has only amplified your physical power, granting you great powers and skills to compliment your powerful, mighty rage.
Nature's Boon
At 6th level, your connection with nature hardens, making you or your allies more resilient whenever you cast spells, calling upon your nature as a defender of nature, extending that capability to your allies as well.
Shaman
When you target an ally with a spell that requires concentration, they gain temporary hit points equal to half your Barbarian level. If you target an enemy with a spell that requires concentration, you gain the temporary hit points instead. These hit points disappear when you lose concentration on a spell, either willingly or unwillingly.
If a spell you cast that requires concentration targets multiple allies, you may choose one of the affected creatures to gain these temporary hit points.
Warrior
At 6th level, your magic fuels your body, sharpening your senses to an unnatural degree, giving you senses akin to a beast. While concentrating on a spell, you have advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell and hearing, and you gain blindsight out to a range of 10 feet. You cannot make use of this blindsight if you are deafened. At 10th level, this blindsight increases to a range of 20 ft.
Mind of Oak
Your connection with nature has made your mind sturdy as an oak tree, granting you undivided focus on the battlefield. Upon reaching 10th level in this class, you gain advantage on Constitution saving throws made to maintain concentration on a spell.
Wrath of Nature
Your connection with nature and the primal forces around you has granted you incredible power, allowing you to become a true conduit for nature's rage, allowing it to express itself through your actions and your body. Regardless of whether you or a Shaman or Warrior, you can cast the Speak with Animals spell at will and the Speak with Plants spell once per long rest without expending a spell slot. If you have not learned either of these spells already, they become part of your spell list.
Shaman
While you rage, your spells become empowered, coursing with the wrath and vengeance of nature itself. While in your rage, you gain a bonus to your spell attack rolls and save DCs equal to half your rage damage, rounded down.
Warrior
While you rage, the natural energies around you coalesce around a creature of your choice that you can see within 60 ft. of you, effectively marking them for death. While marked in this way, you can perceive this creature through solid objects, fog, magical darkness, and other such obstructions. Your attacks against this creature are treated as magical for the sake of overcoming resistances and immunities, and your weapon deals an additional 1d6 of its damage to the target creature. This benefit is lost when you leave your rage, or if the target moves more than 300 ft. away from you.
