Rogue
Base Class: Rogue

Rogues trained in the Silent Wind stance, using wind to perform silent kills.

Wind Manipulation

You learn the gust cantrip, your spell casting modifier for this spell is intelligence. You have advantage on deception checks when creating a distraction using this spell.

Additionally you gain proficiency in the acrobatics skill unless you already have it.

Silent Wind Stance

Whenever you take the hide action you may decide to begin channeling elemental winds around you. Your turn immediately ends as you channel the wind around you until your next turn, the channel ends if you are incapacitated, use a reaction, are forcibly moved or knocked prone. If you successfully channel this ability until the beginning of your next turn you can execute a Silent Wind Strike on an enemy you are hidden from disappearing in a burst of speed. As an action that turn you may move up to your normal movement speed for free to within 5ft of an enemy creature and make a melee weapon attack against the creature, if the attack hits it deals an additional 1d6 slashing damage. You remain hidden from all creatures during this action.

Obscuring Winds

Starting at 9th level, in an area with dust or light debris you may use a bonus action to begin channeling your Silent Wind stance, creating a 10ft radius cloud of dust around you that lasts until the end of your next turn and obscures the area. As part of the bonus action make a stealth check to hide from enemies in the cloud.

You can use this ability a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

Additionally when you complete the channel of your Silent Wind stance you also gain the effects of the disengage action as well as the other effects.

Wind Attunement

By 13th level, you have become Intune with the air currents around you flowing with them naturally. You have advantage on all acrobatics checks and all saving throws from effects that would knock you prone or forcibly move you.

Silent Storm

When you reach 17th level, you have become learned the final kata of the Silent Wind Style. Whenever you sneak attack a creature using your Silent Wind Strike you may immediately move up to your normal movement speed for free to within 5ft of an enemy creature that has not been damaged by a Silent Wind Strike this turn and make a melee weapon attack against the creature. The second Silent Wind Strike you use each turn can sneak attack but deals half the sneak attack damage. You remain hidden from all creatures during this action.
