Monks of the Way of Gun-fu are masters of mixing martial arts and ranged combat. They used ranged weapons as if they were melee weapons and blend rapid fire ranged attacks with punches and kicks to take down enemies.

Gun-Fu Technique

Also, starting at 3rd level, you gain the following benefits:

• Being within 5 feet of a hostile creature doesn’t impose disadvantage on your ranged attacks rolls with firearms.
• If you attack with a firearm as part of the Attack action on your turn, you can use your bonus action to better defend yourself. You gain a bonus to your AC equal to your proficiency mod until the start of your next turn, while the weapon is in your hand and you aren’t incapacitated.

One with the Shot

At 6th level, you gain the following benefits:

• Your attacks with your firearms count as magical for the purpose of overcoming resistance and immunity to non-magical attacks and damage.
• When you do flurry of blows, you can make the attacks with your firearm instead of unarmed strikes.
• As a reaction when an enemy misses you with a melee attack roll, you can spend 1 ki point to make a single ranged weapon attack with a firearm against the attacker.

Ricochet

At 11th level, when you miss with your firearm, you can spend 1 ki point to reroll the attack against a different target within range.

Unnerving Reflex

At 17th level, you can use your action to make a ranged attack on any number of creatures within range of your firearms. You must have ammunition for each target, as normal, you make a separate attack roll for each target. For the purpose of a flurry of blows, this counts as an attack.
In addition, as a free action, you can expend 2 ki points to reload any firearm you are holding, even if you do not have a free hand.

Bonus Proficiencies

Starting at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with firearms and firearms are monk weapons for you. In addition, you gain proficiency with Tinker’s Tools. You may use them to craft ammunition at half the cost, repair damaged firearms, or even draft and create new ones (DM’s discretion). Some extremely experimental and intricate firearms are only available through crafting.
