Mercy of Intimidation:  Advantage on Intimidation (CHA) rolls

You've probably heard of me:  Advantage on any Diplomacy (CHA) roll

Understanding Through Violence

After successfully hitting an opponent with an Unarmed Strike, you may roll CHA + Proficiency with Advantage.  The targeted creature's Hit Dice Level determine the DC.  If the monk meets the DC, the GM my bestow certain knowledge about that type of creature; such as likely attack strategies and special qualities.  If the monk beats the DC by 10+, the GM will reveal specific weaknesses.

Note:  Understanding through violence may only be used on the same opponent once.  If it fails against one opponent, the monk can try against a similar creature, but not the same opponent.

Vigorous Sports Massage:  Rib yourself down vigorously to regain hit points equal to 2x your monk level + CHA roll.  You gain one extra HP for every person that watches you do it.  Can be used once per long rest.  Can be stacked with Oil Master.

The Way of Totally Fighting

At 11th level your CHA modifier can be added as damage on Unarmed Strikes, Flurry of Blows, Radical Techniques, Dragon Fister Techniques and Finishing Move.

Any Unarmed Strike can be modified to a Radical Technique at the cost of 2 Ki points.  Your unarmed strike deals 2d8 damage of your choice of the following types:  Thunder, Poison, Radiant, or Psychic.

While Radical Techniques may be used along with a Flurry of Blows, they cannot modify the unarmed attacks used in Flurry of Blows

Dragon Fister Technique:  If a monk of 11th level or higher successfully uses Understanding Through Violence on a Dragon, they may learn that dragon's breath as a damage modifier.  If a monk completes this worthy task he may spend 3 Ki points to modify a standard Unarmed Strike with 3d8 of whatever damage the dragon's breath dealt.  You may only hold one dragon's power in the Dragon Fister Technique.

Master Techniques

Finishing Move:  Call out how many Ki points you want to sacrifice before attacking an opponent with a standard Unarmed Strike.  You attack with Advantage, and if the attack is successful you can make additional d12 damage rolls for each Ki point sacrificed.  If you miss the attack, the Ki points are wasted.  Can be used once per long rest.

Note:  Like all the coolest finishing moves, you must spend two full rounds screaming in rage before executing this move.  If you are successfully attacked during this time of vulnerability, the Finishing Move is cancelled and the Ki points wasted.  You lose no defense bonus while rage screaming, and attacking enemies have Disadvantage against you.
