Base Class: Monk
You grew up on the streets of a large city and being a street kid can lead you to needing to learn how to defend yourself. This subclass is for those who want to have the street smarts and be a scrappy fighter, throw a good punch, kick, or elbow; unarm an attacker with ease; and get the word of what's happening on the street. Survival is your goal and money is your ticket to the big leagues.
Improvised Technique
Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you have learned how to improvise when fighting. Every time you level up, you gain an extra hit point. You also gain proficiency with improvised weapons. They count as monk weapons for you.
Defensive Block
At 6th level, you can block enemy blows and even use the momentum to hit your opponents. When you get hit by a melee weapon attack, you can use your reaction to block the attack and reduce the damage by 1d10 + your Dexterity modifier + your monk level. If you reduce the damage to 0, you can spend 1 ki point to make an attack with an unarmed strike or with a monk weapon as long as the enemy is within your reach.
Strength of Mind and Body
Beginning at 11th level, your body can adapt itself to resist physical and mental attacks. As an action, you can spend 3 ki points to gain resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, slashing, and psychic damage for 1 minute.
Unending Stamina
At 17th level, your stamina is unmatched. If you drop to 0 hit points, you can spend 8 ki points to return to half of your hit point maximum (rounded up). Once you use this feature, you must complete a long rest before you can use it again.
Knock-out
At 3rd level after taking this subclass you gain another use of your Ki feature called, Knock-Out. When you take the attack action you can spend 2 Ki-points to put all your strength into one single punch as a bonus action. If it hits it does max dice damage and knocks an enemy of no more than one size larger than you Prone. If this attack drops a creature to 0 hit points return one Ki point to your Ki pool. If it misses enemies get advantage on attack roles against you until your next turn.
