Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

The Path of the Behemoth is uniquely derived from the fury of the giants. In the ancient war between dragons and giants, the latter attempted to recruit the hardiest of warriors from the first mortal races. Those that accepted, the giants bestowed a sample of their own power to, and these behemoth warriors took that power back to their peoples once the war was over.

Towering Rage

Starting at 3rd level, your rage harnesses a mere fraction of the might of giants. You gain the following benefits when you enter a rage on your turn.

  • You to grow to Large size, doubling your height and weight as long as your rage persists - if you do not have the room to grow to Large size, you attain the maximum size possible.
  • You gain 1d6 temporary hit points.
  • Each of your allies within 10 feet gains two bonuses: a +1 to the next weapon attack roll they make and a +1 to the next weapon damage roll they make. These bonuses last for 3 turns, until they are expended, or until combat ends.

Tiny Terrain

Starting at 6th level, your stature allows you to barrel right through lesser obstacles and leap over distances only giants could step across. You ignore difficult terrain while raging, and you increase the distance you can jump by a number of feet equal to your Strength modifier. Additionally, you gain a climbing speed of 20 feet, as your hands punch handholds into stone and crush wood in your grip.

Furious Juggernaut

Starting at 10th level, the giant's fury within you bolsters your physical resolve. A number of times before finishing a long rest equal to your proficiency bonus, you can choose to succeed instead if you fail an ability check or saving throw using Strength or Constitution. Additionally, you can add one-third of your proficiency bonus (rounded down) to your Armor Class and to your saving throws while your rage persists.

Indomitable Colossus

Starting at 14th level, the hulking power you possess transforms you into the ultimate behemoth. Your Towering Rage feature improves, granting you the following benefits:

  • You now grow to Huge size - tripling your height and weight - unless you do not have enough room to do so, in which case you attain the maximum size possible. While you are Huge, your melee attacks reach 5 feet further.
  • You now gain 2d8 temporary hit points when you enter your rage.
  • The attack roll bonus granted to allies within 10 feet grows to +2, and the damage roll bonus grows to +3.

Moreover, while you are raging, you resist all damage except psychic damage, and you are immune to the restrained condition. Additionally, you ignore the effects of exhaustion as long as your rage persists.
