Base Class: Wizard
The Mages of the Way of Crimson Moon have been practicing star magic since the days of old, always moving kingdoms, and yet their art seems to exist underneath the servitude of a ruler, no matter how cleanly you try to wipe them away. Gravimancy is this group’s greatest achievement, a school of magic that forces control over gravity. Gravity is a fundamental force of the weave, intertwined in a way that many spells already distort gravity with their power, but no school taps into this connection more than Gravimancy. Only within the last centuries has Gravimancy become a legitimate form of magic, and many have begun to practice it without worry.
Gravimancy Savant
Beginning when you select this school at 2nd level, the gold and time you must spend to copy a gravimancy spell into your spellbook is halved.
Orderly of Gravity
Beginning at 2nd level, you can formulate your abilities to truly hone your Gravitational control. When you target a single creature with a spell attack on your turn, you can use a bonus action to force that creature to move 5 feet in any horizontal direction. This distance increases to 10 feet at 6th level, and to 15 feet at 11th level.
Center of Gravity
Starting at 6th level, your body becomes more focused and centered, as you become a sort of attractive force of energy… able to round attacks to orbit you in a strange, twisting fashion.
When a creature hits a ranged attack against a creature within 10 feet of you, you can use your reaction and a spell slot of 1st level or higher to make the attack instead fall into a sustained orbit around your body. As a bonus action on your next turn, you can then fire off this orbiting attack as an attack of your own, using your intelligence for attack and damage, though you don’t have proficiency. You can only have up to three attacks orbiting you at once, and they fall out of orbit and fall to the ground after 1 minute.
Force Shutter
Beginning at 10th level, you can buzz out a wave of shuttering force, a barrier of reverse gravity that pushes back in front of you. As a bonus action on your turn, you can deploy a wall of antigravity within 30 feet of you, that pushes outward all over. This wall is 10-foot by 10-foot, with and appears as a 1-centimeter thin, nearly transparent purple glass. Creatures cannot pass through this wall, unless they are the caster or creatures dictated by the caster.
At the start of each of your next turns after deploying the wall, you can cause it to ripple out a warped wave of force. All chosen creatures within 10 feet of the wall must make a strength saving throw or be moved 10 feet away from the wall and take 4d8 force damage. The wall lasts for one minute unless you use a bonus action to recall it, and can only be deployed once per short or long rest, unless you use a spell slot of 3rd level or higher to redeploy it.
The wall can also be destroyed if it takes piercing or bludgeoning damage equal to your level in one turn, or if a 3rd level or higher casting of dispel magic is used on it.
Gravitational Impact
Starting at 14th level, you can increase the power of your Gravimancy to a brutal degree. Whenever you cast a Gravimancy spell of 1st level or higher that forces creatures to move, you can increase the distance in which the spell moves them by 5 feet. Additionally, a number of times per short or long rest equal to your intelligence modifier, you can increase the distance by 10 feet instead.
Your Force Shutter also gains immunity to damage not dealt as magical damage. Only magical bludgeoning and piercing damage can destroy it now.

Posted Apr 28, 2022Alright! So, liking the flavor text. Real good stuff. However, I would say right off the bat for the very first thing, it's truly amazing! However, this can be very OP at times, and I believe a scaling system should be enacted. 2nd - 5th levels down by 1/2. 6th - 10th down by 1/3. 10th - 14th down by 1/4th. 14th - 20th(+) down by 1/6th.
Otherwise, pretty cool, and balanced! Would love to see this creatively used.
