Bard
Base Class: Bard

Like dragons and phoenixes, those who join the college of the Burning Heart stand out like a blazing star. Flame jugglers, sword swallowers and dancers learn how to manipulate the flames to perform breath taking stunts and amaze the audience. But fire is a dangerous element, and can be used to punish those who dare to oppose or judge this art.

Bonus Proficiencies

When you join the College of Burning Heart at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with whips and the scimitar.

You learn the Green Flame Blade cantrip.

Also you can cast Dragon's Breath once per long rest without expanding a spell slot.

Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.

Flame Tongue

Also at 3rd level, you can set your weapons ablaze with magic fire, hot as a dragon's rage. As a bonus action, you can expend one use of your Bardic Inspiration and choose a melee weapon you are wielding and are proficient with it. That weapon for 1 minute deals 2d6 fire damge.

Blazing Aura

At 6th level, you gain the ability cloak yourself with fumes and cinders. As an action, you can increase the temperature around you for 1 minute. During this time each creature around 5 feet of you that ends its turn there, takes fire damge equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of one).

Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.

Supreme Flame Tongue

At 14th level, your inspiration fuels your flames. When you use the  Flame Tongue feature, your weapon deals extra damage equal to two times your inspiration dice for the duration.
