Base Class: Sorcerer
The origin of the Mystical Eye is unknown. Some say it's an ancient power that some mortals acquired by laying eyes on a God. It's a rare gift, which may skip generations and then suddenly manifest itself in the form of extraordinary-looking eyes: from irises the color of the sun to pupils like a starred night - none are alike.
All-seeing Eye
At 1st level, the power of your Mystical Eye grants you Truesight with a range of 30ft for 1 minute, once per long rest.
Penetrating Eye
Also at 1st level, your Mystical Eye grants you a deeper understanding of a creature's disposition, and when you look in their eyes you can discern their true intentions. You can roll Insight checks with advantage.
Swaying Eye
At 6th level, you can look directly into the eyes of a creature and affect them with your gaze. The target must make a CHA saving throw against your Spell DC. If they fail they are affected by one of the following effects of your choice for the duration:
- They must respond truthfully to 1 question spoken by you. The creature must be able to understand you and they will respond in their mother tongue.
- Their memory of the past 10 minutes is changed into something you imagine.
- They are subject to an effect from the Short-Term Madness table for 1 minute.
- The next time they go to sleep they will vividly dream something you imagine.
If a creature is immune to being charmed they automatically succeed the CHA saving throw. On a successful WIS check against your Spell DC the target will know you were the cause of it.
You can use this feature once per long rest.
Scrying Eye
When you reach 14th level, you can see through the mists of space and time. At the cost of 10 Sorcery points, your eye can open a metaphysical window into any location or onto anybody at any point in time - past, present, or future - as long as you have seen the place or the creature before. Roll a CHA Spell attack, your DM will determine what you are able to see with your roll. You only get glimpses of images, without access to any of your other senses, and how clear your vision is depends on the quality of your roll. A poor roll might give you a very cryptic or convoluted vision filled with symbolism.
Almighty Eye
At 18th level your Mystical Eye grants you the ability to see into the future. You can now cast the spell Foresight once per long rest without spending a spell slot.
