Base Class: Rogue
Blink Assassins use their ability to slip between planes in order to slip behind their target unawares. They are a rare breed of assassin, only used by those that hone their movement to a razors edge, to blink between two points in space.
Temporal Movement
Starting at 3rd level, you have perfected the use of teleportation as movement. Any time that you move, you can instead choose to teleport up to your movement speed instead.
Blink Strike
Starting at 3 level, you can step through space once you attack your target. Whenever you take the Attack action, you can teleport up to 10 feet into an unoccupied space you can see and make an additional melee attack.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Dexterity modifier (a minimum of once). You regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
Teleportation Savant
Starting at the 9 level, you have perfected your ability to attack enemies blind spots. You can use Sneak attack against a creature within 5 feet of you, provided you do not have disadvantage.
Ethereal Step
Starting at 13 level, your expertise with stepping through space has granted you the ability to cast Blink on yourself as a reaction. You can use this ability once per short or long rest.
Spatial Sunder
At 17 level, you have become a master of spatial combat. When you make a successful Blink Strike against an enemy, your strike sunders the space around you. Choose any number of creatures within 30 feet of you. They must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC equal to 8 + your proficiency modifier + your Dexterity Modifier). They take 10d6 force damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. You can use this ability once per long rest.
