Base Class: Paladin
Paladin that focuses on the power of the sun.
Glory of the Sun
At 3rd lvl when you take this oath, you learn the light cantrip. Additionally when you use your divine smite, you can instead deal fire damage rather than radiant damage.
Channel Divinity: Glaring Light
You harness the power of the sun to blind your enemies. As an action, you use your holy symbol to force enemies in a 30ft cone to make a Constitution saving throw vs your spell save DC or be blinded until the end of your next turn.
Channel Divinity: Praise the Sun
Starting at 3nd level, you can use your Channel Divinity to wield the power of the sun with unchecked fury. When you roll fire or radiant damage, you can use your Channel Divinity to deal maximum damage, instead of rolling.
Aura of Sol
Once you reach level 7, When you or a friendly creature within 10ft of you deal fire damage with a spell or class feature, it ignores resistance to fire damage.
At 18th level this aura increases to 30ft
Searing Corona
Once you reach level 15, Whenever a creature within 10ft of you hits you with a melee attack, as a reaction you may force the creature to roll a constitution saving throw or take 1d12 fire damage and be blinded until the end of your next turn on a failed save. On a successful save, creatures only take half damage and are not blinded.
You may use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency modifier
Avatar of the Sun
At 20th lvl you can become the avatar of the sun.
As an action, you can turn your body into a solid mass of burning, solar radiance. This transformation lasts for one minute, during which you gain the following benefits:
-You gain a flying speed equal to your walking speed and can hover
-You are immune to fire and radiant damage
-Hostile creatures that start their turn within 10ft of you take fire damage equal to twice your Charisma modifier
-You emit a 30ft radius of bright light, and an additional 30ft of dim light beyond that. This light is sunlight and dispels magical darkness of 9th level or lower
