Base Class: Bard
This class leans heavily on the genre of rock and roll, hard rock, and punk rock. The Bards of this College do not adhere to tradition or expectation. Instead, they do everything they can to uplift the downtrodden while fighting off the powers that be.
Extra Attack
Starting at 6th level, you can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn.
Thunderous Concert
Starting at 14th level, you can shred so hard you temporarily stun enemies.
As an Action, you can perform a loud, booming piece of rock and roll. Any creature within 60 feet of you that can hear you must make a Constitution Saving Throw. On a failure, the creature is Stunned until the beginning of your next turn.
Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
Mosher
When you join this college at level 3, you gain proficiency in Medium Armor and improvised weapons, and your unarmed strike uses a d4 for damage.
Chords
At 3rd level, you can manifest your thunderous musical energy in the form of powerful blasts of sound: Chords. You learn two chords of your choice, which are detailed under "Chords" section below. You can use only one chord per turn, and each chord utilizes one use of your Bardic Inspiration feature. Some chords require the target to make a saving throw. If this is the case, the DC is equal to your Spell Save DC. The target of the chord must be within 60 ft, or within range of the Spell used in its activation.
You learn one additional chord of your choice at 6th level, and again at 14th level. Additionally, When you learn a new chord, you can change out a previously known chord for a new one.
Discordant Shriek
As a reaction, target a creature that you can see within 60 feet of you that succeeds on a Constitution Saving Throw to retain Concentration on a spell. Roll 1 of your Bardic Inspiration Dice. That creature subtracts the number rolled from their Constitution Saving Throw.
Feedback Screech
When you target a creature with a spell or an attack, the target makes a Constitution Saving Throw against your Spell Save DC. If the target fails the Saving Throw, they become Incapacitated until the beginning of your next turn.
Persuasive Strike
When you hit a creature with a melee attack using the Attack Action, the creature must succeed on a Wisdom Saving Throw or become Charmed by you for 1 minute. The creature repeats the saving throw at the beginning of each of their turns and when they take damage.
Reverb
When a target takes damage from your Attack or Spell this turn, the target takes half of the damage dealt by the attack + the roll of 1 of your bardic inspiration dice at the start of their next turn.
Shielding Chord
As a Reaction, create an invisible barrier of magical sound to protect you. Until the start of your next turn you gain a bonus to your AC equal to 1 roll of your Bardic Inspiration Dice, including against the triggering attack.
Taunting Howl
When you hit a creature with a weapon attack or spell attack, you can expend one Bardic Inspiration die to attempt to taunt the target into attacking you. You add the Bardic Inspiration die to the attack’s damage roll, and the target must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the target has disadvantage on all attack rolls against targets other than you until the end of your next turn.
Thunderous Chord
When you damage an enemy with a melee attack using the Attack action, you can expend one use of your Bardic Inspiration to deal thunder damage equal to twice (2x) the number you roll on the die to the target.
