Base Class: Bard
Adherents of the College of Perfection attempt to harness the impossible powers of perfection. This paradoxical magic is very hard to control, as nothing can be truly perfect. Perfection Bards try to summon forth perfection as best as they can, through consistency and constant attempts, because if they keep trying at least one attempt will be perfect.
Bonus Proficiencies
When you join the College of Perfection at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with three skills of your choice.
Bardic Perfection
Also at 3rd level, everyone around you begins showing signs of perfection, as you embody it fully. Whenever you roll the highest number on a dice, you regain a point of bardic inspiration. If you gain a point, while you are already at your maximum number, you add it to your bardic reserve. Your Bardic Reserve can store a number of additional points of inspiration equal to your proficiency bonus, but any points remaining in your reserve disappear when you take a short or long rest. You can only gain a use of bardic inspiration from rolling max on a die once per turn.
Additionally, as a reaction when someone you can see rolls a dice other than a d20, you can spend a use of bardic inspiration to turn that roll into it's maximum. If you use this reaction on yourself, you do not gain another point of inspiration for rolling the highest number.
Additional Expertise
At 6th level, you become even more of an expert at the things you do, gaining expertise in an additional two skills.
Perfectionist
Starting at 14th level, you become a perfectionist, seeking only the best from one of your skills. Choose one skill you have expertise in, you become a Perfectionist in that skill. You can triple your proficiency bonus for checks using that skill.
