Base Class: Artificer
A brewmaster’s drink is not your average refresher, their knowledge and skills in mixology go far beyond that of a normal brewer. When one of these artificers hands you a drink, you drink it. Because you can bet that any drink they’ve mixed, is a thirst quenching masterpiece free poured to put some some pep in your step.
Tool Proficiency
When you adopt this specialization at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with brewer’s supplies. If you already have this proficiency, you gain proficiency with one other type of artisan's tools of your choice.
Brewmaster Spells
Starting at 3rd level, you always have certain spells prepared after you reach particular levels in this class, as shown in the Brewmaster Spells table. These spells count as artificer spells for you, but they don’t count against the number of artificer spells you prepare.

Craft Brew
Beginning at 3rd level, using brewer’s supplies, you can magically produce a craft brew of your choice on the fly. As a bonus action, you can create one craft brew from the Craft Brew table below, in an empty flask or tankard you touch. As part of the same bonus action, you can also either consume your brew or toss it to a creature of your choice within 15 feet. To toss a craft brew, you and the creature must be able to see each other. A creature can consume your brew as a bonus action. If a creature has multiple brews, they can consume up to 2 as part of the same bonus action. A craft brew loses its effects 1 minute after brewing.
Your craft brew effects can stack. For example, if a creature consumes two Bolstering Brews within the same minute, they gain a +2 bonus to damage instead of a +1. However, there is a safety limit of 2 brews per creature. If a creature consumes more than 2 of any craft brew within 1 minute, that creature gains 1 level of exhaustion for each craft brew consumed until the brew effects end.
You can produce a number of brews equal to your proficiency bonus {{proficiency}}. You regain all expended uses after a long rest.
| Brew Types | Brew Effects |
|---|---|

|
Boosting Brew |

|

|

Homebrew Special
Starting at 5th level, you’ve developed your brewing skills enough to homebrew your own drink. After a short rest, you can store 2 different brews from your Craft Brew table into a flask you touch, creating one brew called a homebrew special. A creature with your homebrew special can consume it as a bonus action. When consumed, your homebrew special counts as 1 for the safety limit on your brews. Your homebrew special lasts up to 12 hours or until consumed.
Can now craft more Craft Brews upon the completion of a short rest, rather than only on a long rest.
Master Mixologist
At 9th level, you learn how to increase the potency of your brews and can now toss them across larger distances.
- When you toss a brew as a bonus action, the distance you can toss is now doubled to 30 feet.
- Brews that require you to roll a d4 now use the maximum value instead.
- Whenever you cast a spell that restores hit points using brewer’s supplies, each target of the spell gains temporary hit points equal to your Intelligence modifier (minimum 1).
Warbrewer
By 15th level, you’ve mastered the art of brewing in battle.
- When you create a craft brew as a bonus action, you can now create up to 2 instead of 1.
- When you toss a craft brew, you can now toss up to 2 at the same time. You can toss to multiple creatures you choose within range.
- Whenever you enter combat with no more uses of Craft Brew, you instantly regain 2 uses.
