Base Class: Rogue
These special people have always been able to see the cracks of blue light, but few ever figure out what they are and how to use them. To other people it seems they disappear with a flash of blue light and reappear somewhere else in the blink of an eye.
Spacial Jumping
Starting at 3rd level, you can see small cracks in space and use them to teleport up to 60 feet to an empty spot you can see as a bonus action. You can teleport a number of times equal to your constitution modifier + proficiency bonus (min 3). Each time you teleport you must make a saving throw using your constitution modifier. The saving throw goes up by 5 each time you teleport starting at 0 (so a free jump). So 2nd jump saving throw is 5, 3rd is 10 etc etc etc. On a failed save you don't teleport and forfeit all movement.
Assassinate
Starting at 3rd level, you are the deadliest when you get the drop on you enemies. You have advantage on attack rolls against a creature that hasn't taken a turn in the combat yet. In addition, any hit you score against a creature that is surprised is a critical hit.
Insightful Manipulator
Starting at 9th level, if you spend 1 minute observing or interacting with another creature outside combat, you can learn certain information about it's capabilities compared to your own. The DM tells you if the creature is your equal, superior, or inferior in regard to two of the following characteristics of your choice.
•Intelligence
•Wisdom
•Charisma
•Class Levels (if any)
At the DMs option, you might also realize you know a piece of the creatures history or one of it's personality traits, if it has any.
Taunt
Begining at 13th level, you can sometimes cause another creature to waste an attack meant for you. You can use your reaction to teleport 30 ft causing the creature to waste it's action. Must make the saving throw and use one use of your spacial jumps. If creature is making a melee attack they must make a dex saving throw (DC 10) or fall prone.
Spacial Strike
Starting at 17th level, you become a master of instant death. When you teleport you can attack and hit a creature that is surprised as part of your bonus action and you have advantage on the strike.
