Blink possesses the ability to generate colorful teleportation warp portals. Allowing her to displace people and objects within their own set area space.
Warp Portals
3rd-level BLINK feature
Your teleportation is always accompanied by a "blink!" sound, from which you earned your nickname. Blink possesses the ability to generate cosmic purple teleportation warp portals. Allowing you to displace at first objects, yourself, and later people. As an action you may open 1 warped portal at a time, for a duration of 1 action, with a 30ft range. You can use the portal to interact with objects or teleport yourself. You may use this feature a number of times equal to your rogue level + your proficiency modifier. Whenever you finish a long rest, you regain all expended portals.This feature increases at levels 6, 9, and 13.
Level 3: Effective portal range 30 feet | Number of warp portals able to have open at once, 1. | Portal duration 1 action.
Level 6: Effective portal range increased to 60 feet.
Level 9: Effective portal range increased to 90 feet | Number of warp portals able to have open at once, 2. | Portal duration increased to 1 minute.
Level 13: Effective portal range increased to 120 feet | Number of warp portals able to have open at once, 3 | Portal duration increased to 10 minutes.
Level 17: Effective portal range increased to 150 feet | Number of warp portals able to have open art once, 5. | Portal duration increased to 1 hour.
Warpped Blades
3rd-level BLINK feature
With each portal you open you feel a sense of understanding toward your portals wrapped energy. In addition to opening teleportation portals, you can also focus your ability into short, transparent, purple crystal-like daggers. Whenever you take the Attack action, you can manifest a crystallized warp blade from your free hand and make the attack with that blade. This warp blade is a simple melee weapon with the finesse and thrown properties. Each dagger holds a single charge, you can either make a melee attack OR activate a charge to teleport an object or person instead of dealing damage, causing the dagger to dissapear. An unwilling person must make a Wisdom saving throw (Lvl 3 DC 12 | Lvl 6 DC 14 | Lvl 9 DC 16 | Lvl 13 DC 18) or be unaffected.
At level 3 you can manifest up to 3 blades increasing to 6 at level 9. You can use the Charge feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
Warp Mastery
9th-level Blink feature
Using an action to open a Warp portal will allow you to teleport anything from an object to now a person other than yourself. If you use this feature on an unwilling participant they must make a Wisdom saving throw (Lvl 9 DC/16 | Lvl 14 DC/18) or be unaffected. Any portal you make can last for a duration of 1 minute, along with allowing others to interact with them as well.
In addition you may also use your reaction when a creature you can see makes a spell or melee attack, you open a portal to redirect the damage.
Blink
13th-level Blink feature
When you use your Warp Blades to deal Sneak Attack damage to a creature, you can force that target to make a Wisdom saving throw (DC equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Dexterity modifier). If the save fails, the target is stunned for 1 minute. The stunned target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. On a success you may additionally expend the blades charge, teleporting the stunned target.
Once you use this feature, you can’t do so again until you finish a long rest
