All allies within 30 feet of you receive 1d4  buff; allies can use the 1d4 on any attack, save, and ability check rolls. Once used, like bardic inspiration, it is depleted by your allies until you give another Battle Shout. You can use this a number of times equal to your Strength modifier plus proficiency bonus (minimum of 1) resetting the number of uses after a long rest.

At 15th level you gain the ability to inspire your allies. After you have hit a target and done damage, you can raise your weapon above your head inspiring your allies within 30 feet of you spurring them into action with your critical analysis of the enemy before you. This takes your bonus action expanding one of the charges for this ability to inspire all your allies within 30 feet of you. They can critically hit on a 19 or 20 for their next attack against the specified target you have hit. You can use this a number of times equal to your wisdom modifier (minimum of 1), resetting all expanded uses after a long rest.

When you critically hit, you can expand one of these charges to make your attack leave behind a grievously deep wound that sends your target staggering from the blow. Your attack deals double damage before the calculation of the critical hit. Additionally at the start of the targets next turn they take half the amount of damage dealt during your critical hit and are vulnerable to the next attack on them. As the open wound gushes blood hemorrhaging weakening them. You can use this a number of times equal to your wisdom modifier (minimum of 1), resetting all expanded charges after a long rest.
