Bard
Base Class: Bard

Bards of the College of Draconic Wisdom have studied under dragons either directly or indirectly. Many of these learn from either Moonstone or Copper dragons who have a special affinity for bards and their fantastic stories. Draconic Wisdom Bards will generally lull their enemies to sleep, avoiding violence all together. But when they do go to combat, these bards have learned to inspire those around them, using their voice to bolster their allies and strike fear into their enemies.

Dragon's Slumber

3rd-level College of Draconic Wisdom feature

Draconic Wisdom Bards have learned from Moonstone Dragons how to turn their music into soothing melodies that can lull even the toughest to sleep. At 3rd level you gain the Sleep spell and may cast it a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus without expending a spell slot. This does not count against your spells known. All uses of this feature are regained after a long rest

Dragon Tales

3rd-level College of Draconic Wisdom feature

Using the stories and songs of dragons, you are able to inspire courage in your allies and fear in your enemies. As a bonus action, you may use one of your Bardic Inspiration in one of the following ways:
- Grant an ally within 60ft advantage on their next attack roll, if the attack hits the ally may add the Bardic inspiration die to the damage.
- Force a creature to make a Wisdom saving throw, on a failure they are frightened of you until the end of your next turn. The DC for this save equals your Spell Save DC plus
the roll from your Bardic Inspiration.

Deeper Slumber

6th-level College of Draconic Wisdom feature

Your ability to put others to sleep now affects those normally immune to this kind of magic. At 6th level, when you cast Sleep using your Deep Sleep feature, creatures that are immune to being put to sleep or that do not need sleep must make a Constitution save equal to your spell save DC or be affected by the spell normally.
In addition, when you cast Sleep using your Deep Sleep Feature, it is automatically cast at 2nd level expending no spell slots.

Draconic Inspiration

6th-level College of Draconic Wisdom feature

Your voice is infused with the fey magic that Faerie Dragons use in their Euphoria Breath. As an action, you can begin singing a song that brings joy to all around you. While you are singing any ally within 60 feet of you who can see or hear you gains temporary hit points equal to half your bard level + your Charisma modifier.

You may use your bonus action on subsequent turns to continue singing, replenishing temporary hit points to any creature that lost any. You can sing a number of rounds equal to your Constitution modifier plus one ( minimum of 2 rounds ).

You may use this feature a number of times equal to your Constitution modifier ( minimum of once ), regaining all uses after a long rest.

Endless Slumber

14th-level College of Draconic Wisdom feature

You have mastered putting others to sleep. When you cast the Sleep Spell using your Deep Sleep ability it automatically affects the maximum number of hit points ( 56 hit points total).

In addition, a creature must receive damage or be magically awoken via a restoration or similar effect to be awoken from this spell.

Eternal Nightmare

14th-level Draconic Wisdom Feature

Your tales of dragons have found a way to haunt your enemies until their dying days. When you frighten a creature using your Dragon Tales ability you can choose to force them to make a Wisdom saving throw or be frightened of you for a day. At the end of every day, they must make a Wisdom saving throw or suffer 1 level of exhaustion and be frightened of you for 24 hours . If they have seen you, heard your voice, heard your name, or are in any other way reminded of you, they make their next save with disadvantage.

This effect can only be removed by a greater restoration or similar effect. It may also end if the creature succeeds on this save 3 times. You may use this feature a number of times per day equal to your proficiency bonus. All expended uses are replenished once you complete a long rest.
