Bard
Base Class: Bard

As a College of Voice bard, you learn to use your voice to manipulate the weave as if you were using your hands. Your voice is empowered to act simultaneously as the verbal, somatic, and non-cost material component for spells.

Discordant Tune

If you cast a spell using a verbal component on your turn, you may use your bonus action to end with a disruptive note. Any spells cast by enemies within 30 feet until your next turn fail if the caster does not succeed on a wisdom save with a DC of 8 + Your Proficiency + Your Charisma Modifier

Heavenly Performance

Your voice sometimes resonates so purely that the heavens themselves see it fit to reward you for your wondrous performance. One time per long rest, when you use a spell that requires a component with a gold value, you may instead attempt to roll a Performance Check to try to forgo the component. This check has a DC equal to 14 + the cost of the components, divided by 50, with a maximum of 30

If you fail this check, you are unable to cast the spell in question until you gather the required materials at least once

Casting Voice

Spells that usually require a wave of the hand or a sprinkle of hay can now be cast simply by singing the right note. All spells now require only verbal components, even if they did not before. This feature works as long as the spell's material component does not require an item of a certain price, you are able to sing, and your speech is not hindered.

Spells may still be cast using their original method as well.

If something is effecting the quality of your voice, such as being underwater sustaining a throat injury, you must succeed on a Performance Check with a DC of 12 + the spell's level to compensate and cast using this feature. (If your performance modifier is higher than the DC it automatically succeeds)

You gain the "Booming Voice" and "Thaumaturgy"  cantrips. Also, twice per day, any spells cast using the "Casting Voice" feature which already used a verbal component gain a buff based on their effects and delivery method. If multiple apply, take the highest one:

If the Spell Does Damage: Deal an extra 2d6 Thunder damage to every affected target. This increases to 3d6 at level 6 and 4d6 at level 14

If the Spell has a Non-Damaging Effect that Targets an Enemy or Area: Double the range and radius/area of the specified attack

If the Spell Has a Non-Damaging Effect with a Range of Touch: The amount of potential targets is increased by your charisma modifier

Other: Your can cast "Booming Voice" as a bonus action until the end of your turn
